What are these colourful stuffs?… Some of them are just plain rubber bracelet printed with sports brand or team and some with hard black thingy on it like stone… If you still don’t know what are they, the one with the black thingy on it are called power bracelet or aura bracelet… the black thingy usually magnets, but some are special stones… rare stones… and they cost more than the plain rubber bracelets.

The metal bracelets with rare stones or magnets cost extremely higher compared to the rubber type. They looks more like jewellery… usually golfer wear these… and people just called it golfers bracelet… but I guess it depends what sports the wearer play… if the wearer play tennis, they probably called it tennis bracelet…

What so special with these bracelets?… According to the text printed on its box, it helps relieve or relax the body… How true? I have no I idea… But lots claims it really do have some power or healing capabilities… I used the rubber type when I was playing golf before, but not for long… probably the reason I did not feel anything…

It is very easy to participate… all you have to do is be at the location near you before the event start at 6.30am and get a free t-shirt… wow, I’ve been talking about t-shirt for the past few weeks… By the way, the event will be held from 6.30am to 11.30am and breakfast is provided… so enjoy the free breakfast while having fun with the free t-shirt and healthy life.

I understand that the walk will be a 2km walk… equivalent to 3,000 steps… which is about 30% of the 10,000 steps recommended for a day…

WOW, I did not know that… do you really need to count how many steps you do in a day?… How many calories get burned with 3,000 steps?… well, if it burned a lot, then this is a good way to burn that extra fat… and you do not need to get that fat burning supplements if you do this 3,000 steps walking every day…

If you pick the wrong pills… fake or imitation… you can lose weight pretty quickly as it promises, but the side effect is the most damaging to you. After consuming those fake pills, you will start experiencing migraine, lack of energy, insomnia and all kind of stress related side effects…

The restaurant manage to collect a kilogram of sperm from the belly of the male grouper… and it was valued a few thousand dollars… but the restaurant is not selling the sperm alone for a quick bucks yet. It is believed that consuming the fish sperm will bring lots of benefits… good health, sex libido… Sound disgusting… but some do consume weird stuffs… if consuming fish sperm is good, I think using the fish sperm as face cream will makes skin healthy, smooth, wrinkle free… So ladies, the next time you go to the market, make sure you buy a male fish with loads of sperms in it…

According to the restaurant, a kilogram of sperm can make 80 bowls of sperm soup :O and the price for a bowl of sperm soup is almost 200 dollars :O so if you calculate that, that will turn about 16,000 dollars :O Not bad for selling sperm

Because of sleeping late for four days continuously, lack of sleep has weaken all my body system… I feel like walking on air right now… and I’m started sneezing a lot… and when I sneeze a lot, that’s the sign my immune system has gone down… I guess the 1000mg  Vitamin C I take every day need to be boosted with multiple vitamin and supplement foods so that I can re-stabilize my body immune system…

But I think I should take some BRAND’S Essence of Chicken first to regenerate my lost energy… and because it’s very tasty and gives me appetite to eat more…

That is really a revelation… if you know what these 4 kids have been eating, you will ask… is the country runs out of food?… what is going on??…

The four kids age between 6 to 10 were admitted to hospitals at the northern part of the country… Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital… after consuming what most probably think was a natural diet supplements… these kids have been eating stones collected from the compound of their house is Kampung Pandang  Lembu, Kedah!!!

One of the kid admitted she has been eating stones since last year…coz  it was very crunchy and tasted like chocolate!!! Then she introduced the ‘chocolate’ to the other kids… and from there, they have been collecting and eating the stones secretly.

Is the family in deep poverty… I don’t think so… she said… “My father had caught me eating the stones a few months back and punished me but I was soon back to the habit,” she said.

The parents said… “I had warned them numerous times about it but they denied doing it. Ganggadevi and Nageswari were admitted to the hospital for the same problem last June and in January this year.”…. “My husband may earn a small salary working as a labourer but we are never out of food. I am unable to visit my daughters and niece as I have two other daughters and a son to take care of at home,” she said.

There are some people crazy about dieting… for me dieting is only for health… not to reduce weight. Food and eating is an obligation to me When you don’t have enough food, you will get sick And some goes to use pills to reduce weight… that is more damaging in my opinion. You can check the lipozene forum for example.

Diet pills are over commercialized…  if you are not careful, it can bring more damage to your body and health than good. So, if you are into weight loss, do your research on the pills you going to take first… it could be poison to you but not to others

And volcano type acne is very painful… especially when it grows inside your nose… or under your skin without ‘eyes’… without hole… for the pus to come out…

I did not take any leave this week… but did take emergency leave on Friday… although I’m still in pain. I shared my experience with my colleagues… and one of them suggested to use the electronic acupuncture… and loan me his the next day, Tuesday. So on Tuesday, I tried the device before lunch time… after using it for 15 minutes… I was able to walk straight!!! It was miracle!!!… I even manage to go to the gym on Wednesday!!!… previously… in the last 2 incident, it took me about 2 weeks before I can walk straight. I had experienced back pain twice before… and it takes one or two weeks to heal… dang… this time it gonna cost me a paintball championship… the International Super Seven Championship 2010 on 22-23 May 2010… it worries me so much till pimples are popping out… I think I’m gonna need a blackhead remover at the same time…

Because it was so painful, i went for massage… it helps a little bit… but the next day, I think the pain of the massage was making my whole body painful… so on Saturday I went to see doctor… had an x-ray… and emm…. looks like it’s not a simple problem… since it has been going on for sometimes, there are some problem on the bones… and it cost me 300++ and still need about 750++ if I go for MRI… and another 20K++ if have to do operation… dang… health insurance is very important in this case…

I hope I will recover completely soon… and hope this problem never come back again… have to take care my weight and back…

Being at the horse race track with all the dust flying around under the hot sun then dashing to take photos of the firemen putting out fire near the race horse track actually exposing my lung to all kinds of bad elements… horse germs, dust, smoke… everything goes into my lung… and deep into my skin… probably the reasons I’m having the itchy palms and soles!!!

And at the end of the day, my skin face become too oily… too shiny… too reflective… cleaning my face by scrubbing it with normal soap alone don’t really help… after rinsing the, the skin still oily and looks black… I have to use Oxy as blackhead removal then only the black face turn a bit fairer…

Well, I have to get used to these if I want to continue with this hobby and turn myself into an extreme adventure photographer…

Scratch … scratch… scratch… like no more tomorrow… and your face looks so ugly when you are scratching like mad man…

I guess I’m getting all kind of wrinkle on my body nowadays… wrinkle on my face… wrinkle on my palms… wrinkle on my soles… wrinkles everywhere… Maybe it is time for me to get and anti wrinkle serum jab… especially on my itchy palms and soles… When are these itchy… itchy… itchy… on my palms and soles goes away?…

The more I scratch, the more it gets itchy… I just can’t stop scratching… the moment I start scratching, it become the center of pleasure… it so hard to stop scratching after that coz it feels so good till I feel like going to pee on my pants!!! Damm…

I really need something to stop all these itchy spots on my palms and soles.. probably something like the hemorrhoids relief cream… I really need something strong… something hot… well whatever strong… strong drugs… strong medicine… strong cream…strong oil… or whatever to make this go away… or if I can’t find anything to stop this, I might just soak my hands and foots into hot water…

The itchiness on my palms and soles are still giving me a hard time… so the blood and urine test results is very important to find out the reason. My appointment with Damai Specialist Hospital (DSH) was 3.30 pm… and I reach there just on time. Was about to register myself at the Counter 2 on 1st floor of DSH… but the nurse who just came out from the doctor’s room saw me and immediately ask me to go inside… and I saw a file on top of the doctor’s table with my name on it

Doctor ask me to take my weight… went to the scale and it shows 90kg did  I lost 5kg?… coz the last time I took my weight, it was like 95kg… or could it be caused by the gym visits?…

Anyway, the doctor went through my medical test result… emm… nice… nothing wrong with my kidney, no cancer, no hepatitis… no AIDS… no nothing…not even eczema or dermatitis… except for other stuffs which are not related to the itchiness…

I ask the doctor what is wrong then… he said, it could be just an allergy… then I told him it can be very itchy in the early morning… and guess what he told me to do… he ask me to wear glove!!!

So, I went back with a batch more pills… for a week supply… without knowing what exactly wrong with my palms and soles… we’ll see how it goes after one week…

I do not really sure what to expect for tomorrow review… I just hope they found the cause of the itchiness… I hope they did a thorough test on my blood and urine…

For the past few days, the itchiness has gone down… but not all, I still get the itchiness especially early in the morning and from time to time throughout the day.

I also realize that I did experience this before… but I told the doctor this is the first time I’m experiencing it… because the previous experiences was mild… and I was a bit ‘panic’ because of the severity of the itchiness at that time… I thought it was not the same… but now, when the itchiness getting lesser, it does feel like the previous experiences.

But, since they are checking my blood, I just hope they find the cause of it and give me the right medication to get rid of this once and for all.

If it an allergy, then they need to give me the rapid detox prescriptions… I’m not a drug abuser but I guess detoxification process will be able to cleanse the chemicals inside my blood which are causing the severe itchy on both my palms and soles… cross my finger…

The more I scratch, the more itchy it feels… and it feels damm bloody good…

The itch are not on the surface of the skin but under. Although I scratch them so hard, the skins did not peeled off coz the palms and soles skins are very thick.

I don’t know what happen or how I got this itchy thingy… first I thought it was caused by the grass on the paintball field where I was taking photos under the hot sun for two days last week. But if it was the grass then my other skin should have rash or itch… but none.

Then I thought it could be the dirt, bugs or other stuff like horse urine I catch while taking photos at the Tembalang Horse Race Course two weeks ago, 28 February 2010… probably… probably some bugs or germ from the horse… and it took 2 weeks to incubate inside my soles or palms…

But then again it could be anything I ate a few days ago… and it caused allergies to my body… And I do have skin allergies but that was like 15 years ago… it was gone after I took injection 15 years ago.

I really need something… anything… to get rid of this itch…

So today, I went to Damai Specialist Hospital (DSH)… usually I go to Hill Top Clinic when I sick. But since this is something extreme, I decided to go to DSH. I went there around 11 am. Registered myself since this is the first time I went there. But since there was 10 people ahead of me I only gave my urine and blood and decided to go somewhere else coz the nurse said it might take 2 – 3 hours for the doctor to finish the queue…

They called me back around 3pm… and within 10 minutes I was at DSH again. But I have to wait another half hour or more after I reach there coz the doctor was still treating another patient.

The doctor recorded my case and even draw my hand but he don’t know how to draw… so he took out his little camera and snap my palms… but I still have to wait 5 days for his diagnosis… he gave me 3 types of medicines… and the lab, medicines, consultations and registration costs me RM339.75 I guess only beautiful site for life insurance will make me happy… and I’m going back for the review next Thursday, 18 March… I wish I can ask my insurance to foot the bills… 

The Borneo Traditional Therapy is located at Damai… next to the Damai Point Plaza… the place is run by a lady… she is doing traditional massage… she said there are too many Bali massage, so she comes up with traditional massage just to make it unique… and she is not just making it sound unique but really makes it unique coz she use all the local traditional ‘skills’ in massaging and all the herbs… and she almost completed her book… yes, she is writing a book about her works… the traditional therapy of Borneo.

I’ve been here  five times already… including my last visit on Friday recently. Usually I comes here for massage when I have a very stiff shoulder and back… and head. She really knows where are the source of the pain and she will massage them till they really go away… but if you are not the type who cannot stand pain… then you gonna make lots of noise… and crying… she might be small but once she work on you… her hand is like a huge clamp… like last Friday, when she massage my hand, I was covering my face with my other hand… while my body was curling… and curling… and curling… and curling… like there is no more tomorrow… I thought I was going to faint that day… but the result is all the pain are gone… immediately…

Anyway, the pain started in the morning… my eyes was blurry… well it was blurry for the past few days… it seem that I can’t stand glare anymore… even the glare from the screen makes my eyes hurt…

I don’t know what caused my third eye pain… but I’m sure it is not diet pills side effects coz I’m not taking any… so the only reason I can think of is not enough sleep… well I always sleep late like 2 am… but the last few days I have been sleeping very late… late like up to 4 am… and I end up sleeping for about 4 hours only…

So that Friday, I went home early… coz I plan to have a massage on my head and shoulders… my shoulder was also very stiff… I visited a place called Borneo Traditional Therapy. I’ve been here four times before in a span of 2 years… I think… if I remember correctly lah…

The Borneo Traditional Therapy  is located a Damai’s new phase shops… I will talk more about it next time… I want to have a rest first…
