I do not really sure what to expect for tomorrow review… I just hope they found the cause of the itchiness… I hope they did a thorough test on my blood and urine…

For the past few days, the itchiness has gone down… but not all, I still get the itchiness especially early in the morning and from time to time throughout the day.

I also realize that I did experience this before… but I told the doctor this is the first time I’m experiencing it… because the previous experiences was mild… and I was a bit ‘panic’ because of the severity of the itchiness at that time… I thought it was not the same… but now, when the itchiness getting lesser, it does feel like the previous experiences.

But, since they are checking my blood, I just hope they find the cause of it and give me the right medication to get rid of this once and for all.

If it an allergy, then they need to give me the rapid detox prescriptions… I’m not a drug abuser but I guess detoxification process will be able to cleanse the chemicals inside my blood which are causing the severe itchy on both my palms and soles… cross my finger…

The fire station near my office at Sembulan is very busy… every day I can hear the fire engine’s siren almost every hour.

The weather is already very hot coz there was no rain for the past 1 month or so… then there are thick haze… sometimes the visibility is just 10km away… this is very bad… bad for our health.

So people, please stop doing open burning… try your best to refrain from burning your garbage, old junks, grass, bush… anything.

Try to recycle where possible… sell your old junks, old news papers, papers… anything… even your metal junks… plastic junks… don’t burn them… I’m sure your junks can be sold to 2nd hand shops… and they can sell it as second hand items or they can refurbished them before selling them again… you will be surprised what they sells in 2nd hand shops… you can even find refurbished fitness equipment in there

We have a few bundles of old news papers at home… I brought my two nephews to sell the old papers at Luyang… 39kg… RM3.90 not much but good enough to save the environment

Just look at this bush fire from the clearing near the Tambalang Race Course in Tuaran two weeks ago, 28 February 2010… disaster… not just to human but to other living things… poor birds…

But don’t worry… it will come out eventually… sooner or later… biar lambat asal keluar bah… LOL and if anyone interested to buy high resolution photo prints, it’s gonna be a Best Buy photo prints… since it is the first leg of SPL it going to be cheap sale … and if you plan to use the photos on the web, you can use it as long you don’t remove the watermark, credit back this site and never use it for commercial gain OK… that’s about it for now…

The more I scratch, the more itchy it feels… and it feels damm bloody good…

The itch are not on the surface of the skin but under. Although I scratch them so hard, the skins did not peeled off coz the palms and soles skins are very thick.

I don’t know what happen or how I got this itchy thingy… first I thought it was caused by the grass on the paintball field where I was taking photos under the hot sun for two days last week. But if it was the grass then my other skin should have rash or itch… but none.

Then I thought it could be the dirt, bugs or other stuff like horse urine I catch while taking photos at the Tembalang Horse Race Course two weeks ago, 28 February 2010… probably… probably some bugs or germ from the horse… and it took 2 weeks to incubate inside my soles or palms…

But then again it could be anything I ate a few days ago… and it caused allergies to my body… And I do have skin allergies but that was like 15 years ago… it was gone after I took injection 15 years ago.

I really need something… anything… to get rid of this itch…

So today, I went to Damai Specialist Hospital (DSH)… usually I go to Hill Top Clinic when I sick. But since this is something extreme, I decided to go to DSH. I went there around 11 am. Registered myself since this is the first time I went there. But since there was 10 people ahead of me I only gave my urine and blood and decided to go somewhere else coz the nurse said it might take 2 – 3 hours for the doctor to finish the queue…

They called me back around 3pm… and within 10 minutes I was at DSH again. But I have to wait another half hour or more after I reach there coz the doctor was still treating another patient.

The doctor recorded my case and even draw my hand but he don’t know how to draw… so he took out his little camera and snap my palms… but I still have to wait 5 days for his diagnosis… he gave me 3 types of medicines… and the lab, medicines, consultations and registration costs me RM339.75 I guess only beautiful site for life insurance will make me happy… and I’m going back for the review next Thursday, 18 March… I wish I can ask my insurance to foot the bills… 

Since everyone are tired… including me… let’s just go straight to the results… then go to sleep

There are two categories, rookie and open.

For rookie category, it’s going to be 3 men + 3 reserve. Entrance fee is RM300 and inclusive of paintball pallets. Newbie & students are highly encourage to participate.

For open category, it’s going to be 5 men + 2 reserve. Entrance fee is RM300. You can use electrical or mechanical marker…

When I look into my Wordpress plug-ins today, the cform seems to be not working when used in IE, but it works if used in Firefox… messages submitted through the contact forms are not delivered to my mailbox…

I guess I’ve lost many inquires or messages submitted through the contact form… for that I apologize to those who has submitted inquires or messages to me which I never replied.

Truly, it was never my intention not to reply if you ever sent any inquiry or message to me.

The Borneo Traditional Therapy is located at Damai… next to the Damai Point Plaza… the place is run by a lady… she is doing traditional massage… she said there are too many Bali massage, so she comes up with traditional massage just to make it unique… and she is not just making it sound unique but really makes it unique coz she use all the local traditional ’skills’ in massaging and all the herbs… and she almost completed her book… yes, she is writing a book about her works… the traditional therapy of Borneo.

I’ve been here  five times already… including my last visit on Friday recently. Usually I comes here for massage when I have a very stiff shoulder and back… and head. She really knows where are the source of the pain and she will massage them till they really go away… but if you are not the type who cannot stand pain… then you gonna make lots of noise… and crying… she might be small but once she work on you… her hand is like a huge clamp… like last Friday, when she massage my hand, I was covering my face with my other hand… while my body was curling… and curling… and curling… and curling… like there is no more tomorrow… I thought I was going to faint that day… but the result is all the pain are gone… immediately…

Anyway, the pain started in the morning… my eyes was blurry… well it was blurry for the past few days… it seem that I can’t stand glare anymore… even the glare from the screen makes my eyes hurt…

I don’t know what caused my third eye pain… but I’m sure it is not diet pills side effects coz I’m not taking any… so the only reason I can think of is not enough sleep… well I always sleep late like 2 am… but the last few days I have been sleeping very late… late like up to 4 am… and I end up sleeping for about 4 hours only…

So that Friday, I went home early… coz I plan to have a massage on my head and shoulders… my shoulder was also very stiff… I visited a place called Borneo Traditional Therapy. I’ve been here four times before in a span of 2 years… I think… if I remember correctly lah…

The Borneo Traditional Therapy  is located a Damai’s new phase shops… I will talk more about it next time… I want to have a rest first…

OK, the acne medicine part is a joke… but it’s true, after 84 days, finally Tiger Woods spoke… and he said ‘I am deeply sorry’…

OK to those who are not sure what is it about… to those who hates sports especially golf… it is about Tiger’s fight with his wife, Elin, 84 days ago, during thanksgiving night… and their fight was not about the turkey or Elin’s face full with acne… it was about Tiger’s affairs

Anyway, when the news about the affairs broke, suddenly his sponsors are cutting him off… but I believe they are making mistakes… If I’m not wrong, Tiger is the first sportsman who made a billion dollars. And his performance in golf is super extraordinary… He can sink a golf ball even without looking at the hole…  the hole is about 40 feet or more behind him… and at the same time made his ball do the advertising for Nike… and this was done during a major tour shown live on TV

And I’m pretty sure the news 84 days ago did not make his fans run away… and he can come back easily without problem… and will give a fresh challenge to all the golfers out there… and the sponsors will start knocking his door…

Today is the Chinese New Year… and also Valentine’s Day…  there will be two days public holiday in conjunction with the CNY… 14 & 15 February 2010. But since the first day of CNY falls on Sunday, Tuesday will be used to replaced it as public holiday… meaning there will be extra one day holiday
There will be lots of ang pau, lion dance, fire crackers, fireworks and foods… but for those who are not compatible with peanuts… yea, peanuts are served  a lot during CNY… you either avoid it or get ready with your best acne treatments after that… peanuts are really tasty, but it also makes your acne pops out

WOW… that’s like working 4 hours and 12 minutes only a day from Monday to Friday!!!

It was like this… after all the VIPs comes down from the center stage and before the troops starting going up to the stage… they were all circling the stage first… with all the small pieces of metallic papers which was shoot into the air as part of the opening highlight lying on the stage floor, suddenly there is a small tornado at the center of the stage… it was clearly visible coz the metallic papers were spinning in the shape of the little tornado… it was quite difficult to capture it in photo with all the troops blocking the stage… but surely you can see the metallic papers circling up like tornado… hope it is a good sign

Second… this one maybe not that weird… there is one guy from one of the troops displaying fire acrobatic… he was carrying fire torch and a bottle of kerosene… yes it is kerosene coz I can smell it… he will put some of the liquid in his mouth and blow it towards the fire torch… and there will be a big fire shooting up in the sky with some thick black smoke… and at one of the shoot out…while he was right in the center of the stage… he actually created a big dark circle of smoke… and it was visible for a few seconds… and I hope this is not a bad sign but a good sign… for the year of the tiger

The launching was held at the Padang Merdeka or Padang Bandaran in Kota Kinabalu around 3.00pm and finished around 5.30pm.

The crowd are quite large… the main stage’s seats are full and the surrounding the field is crowded with spectator and of course by the lion, unicorn, dragon and dance troops…

Me and Disney was roaming amongst the troops to have good pictures of them… and the 3.00 pm sun is quite hot… lucky my muscles are quite fit ever since attending gym so I was not getting tired so fast with the hot sun… but the sun is biting and burning… and was not using sun block lotion or acne body lotion… and this will surely make the back neck gets sun burn and red spots like acne, which will appears in the next few days…:P

Anyway, when it was launched, the sound of the drums and gongs beating was spectacular… imagine standing and walking around next to the many troops… beating their musical instruments and performing with their lion, unicorn and dragon but it was enjoyable and worthy

February always the month of love… so there going to be weddings everywhere… and having babies… so family planning will also play a big role for those who are getting married… and prenatal vitamins are very important to those who decided to have babies… It sound like a jokes… but yes, you do need to know about those vitamins…  its absorbability, quality, and key ingredients. When I join the gym, I was helped by friends on how to use the gym equipments… and I basically know how to use them already… but probably not in proper order… I just use any of the station as I like… well concentrating on my chest…

And I have not check my weight ever since I started… but I think my weight has increased… not going less… coz I gain more muscles mass… and did maintain some of the fats… so weight loss products is not necessary for me… coz when you are building muscles, it is not necessary that you will lose weight… you might gain more weight instead because of the muscle you are building… I think that is what happening… will check my weight next week… probably it ’s gonna be 100 kg
