OK, to continue with what I have said about rapid weight loss in my previous posting… there is one more thing cropped up… fat burner… yea, it sounded so powerful… as if, if you want to lose your fat immediately, you can do it rapidly by burning your fat… yaiksss… 😆 it sounded like burning fat is a big thing till they have to make site specially for it at fatburner.net 😆 I think the site is about all the fat burner thingy around the world… I’m lazy to read… I like to sleep only… so if you are in for The Biggest Loser then that place could be your next of final destiny… 😆

It’s getting apparent that this site is getting more attention lately for something… errr… something… errr… about fat? body building? losing weight? gym???… ok lah, the truth… i did talk all about that before… but I don’t remember I ever said you can buy weight loss products here… hahahaha… I don’t know how to do business man… I’m not a salesman… 😆 OK that was not funny… but seriously I don’t sell or use any of it… I only go gym… to build my stamina for paintball… that’s it… 😛 that one also depends if I’m lazy or not… sleepy or not… after office… but if you want to do rapid weight loss, then just be careful when using pills… each of them has advantage and disadvantage… good luck to those trying to lose weight 😛 just go and watch The Biggest Looser for an inspirations… LOL

My back pain is still bothering me sometimes… it did heal faster than before but I’m still feels uncomfortable with it… the trauma is still there… but then, I found out some of the causes of my back pain… it is not exactly the way we do our work everyday… but more on what we use everyday… I’m sure you know both of these… but never give much attention to it…

First cause is the shoe… this one I know about it long time ago… ever since my fist back pain many years ago… the heel of any shoe is very important. It must be properly cushioned… else your back, spine, nerve… will have to absorb the impact every time you make your step. The cushion of my working shoe I’m using are currently not in good condition… that is one reason…

Second, the chair… when we sit in front of the computer, we tend to forget about the time… we sit without bothering the stress and strain not only on our eyes but to our back too… if the chair is too small, the weight distribution area is too small… end up only a small part of our butt holding all our weight… and that is super bad when your weight is extra… 😛 So, the chair must be big and properly cushioned… make the cushion very thick like the patio cushions so that your weight will be properly absorb by the chair cushion… Becoz of these two things, I’m changing my shoe and chair… but I still have not found a good chair and shoe… 😛

It is time for me to make new pants… trousers for work. The last two were made more than two years ago… I usually  make two trousers at a time… coz usually I can get a little discount if I make more than one. Again, this time I’m gonna make another two… probably this time I do a more sophisticated trousers… tuxedo pants maybe 😆 … Like what I did to my free suit… Last month, the office club manage to get some fund to allow us to make one suit… or blazer… or coat… 😀 Usually one suit without the pants will cost about RM400… since it is free, I asked the tailor to make something unusual… I asked for a suit with two vents and one button only… 😀

At last, last week the office faucet was replaced after almost a year it was reported broken… yea it was almost a year ago… and yea we have a sink in our office… and not sure what was brand of the new faucet… it could be from Delta faucets…

Well, it is not allowed to have a sink or any water supply pipes in the office area other then the designated area like pantry or wash room, but somehow during the last renovation about 3 years ago, we manage to convinced the architect and building management to install one for us… we needed a sink in our engineering room or you can call it ICT maintenance room to wash our hands or anything dirty…

How the faucets got broken?… We suspect someone has twisted the faucet lever so hard until it broke coz probably the water coming out is too small… well, the water is too small coz we connected it to a water filter for our drinking water… we suspects the person did not know how to operate the lever for the water filter… the lever for the water filter has two functions… one is to direct the water from the main to the water filter and produce the filtered water, that’s the  ‘small water’.  Second it let go the water directly from the main without going through the filter… and that is the ‘big water’… 😛 So, ever since the lever was broken, we have to use all kind of stuff to twist the lever… even sometime with plyer…

There are many things to do for the next two or three weeks… in the office and outside the office… and outstations… just too many things to prepare lah… and will take the opportunity to clean my cameras and lenses during the Coffee with Canon… in preparation for the Sabah Paintball League 😀 Wish everything goes smoothly… and wish I can just relax next to the swimming pool… napping on the outdoor chaise lounges or the outdoor daybed… the comfortable outdoor furniture… everyday after work…

This is the biggest shock of this year world cup so far… No country will expect going to the world cup, get thrashed then create a history… Well, it happen to North Korea… or Korea DPR.. when they were thrashed 7 nil by Portugal… 😛

This is what the Portugal coach (Carlos Queiroz) said who dubbed his team as Os Navegadores in Spanish… or The Explorers in English… “Fantastic, just fantastic. That was one of the greatest wins I’ve ever seen from the national side. Everyone’s over the moon”… yea, sure everyone is on the moon… except Korea DPR 😛

Os Navegadores is the nickname given to the team in honor to the nation’s famous wayfarers, Bartolomeu Dias and Vasco da Gama, who respectively reached and then rounded the Cape of Good Hope back in the late 15th century. This time, returning to the southern tip of Africa for their meeting with Korea DPR in Cape Town on Monday, Portugal’s modern-day pathfinders made some history of their own in racking up a 7-0 win, the biggest in their FIFA World Cup history.

Now, since Portugal has made their world cup history, everyone is wondering what is Carlos Queiroz’s coach gifts to his team?… Or is he going give gifts to his team only or give gifts to the whole people in his homeland… the Portuguese…? Is he going to take  Portugal to the final?… and probably win the FIFA World Cup 2010?… We wait and see…

Today, Saturday 19th June, went to watch the 25th Sabah Dragon Boat Race 2010… thought it was a one day event… turn out tomorrow is the final… but it’s ok 😀

The weather was a bit cloudy… where sometimes the sun really shine when the cloud is not blocking it… but lucky I put on sun block 😀 else get darker again… so it was not really hot or really cold… but good enough to make anyone sweaty… can burn some calories and fats to loose some weight at the same time… so no need to take apidexin… not sure what is apidexin?… check out the apidexin reviews online…

The Sabah Dragon Boat Race is held at Likas Bay, Kota Kinabalu… every year in the month of June… and this year it is on 19th and 20th June. According to the organizer, the participants includes local teams and teams from countries like Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei, Australia, Japan and China… but I only see flags from Philippines, Singapore, Brunei and Hong Kong… 😛

The 10th Malaysia Plan was presented… tabled… by the PM recently. For the next 10 years, the government is going to spend RM230 billion… and there are 52 high impact projects worth RM63 billion. The projects include 7 new highways worth RM19 billion and we also going to have 2 coal fired electricity plants worth RM7 billion… so many billions…

Do we have enough funds to implement all those projects?… How is the rakyat… the peoples welfare going to be?… Will the poor group gets eliminated this time?… Any social security benefits to everyone?… Or is it going to benefits the few cronies only?… And why coal fired plants?… Still no green technology for us?… the rakyat… the commoner are going to suffer further with health risks?… Any healthcare benefits or are we all going to have to buy new life insurance… again?…

Last Saturday, 29 May 2010, Burnout 360 Sabah Drift Challenge was held at the Kota Kinabalu Port, next to Jeselton Point. The event was organized by Casero Events in collaborations with KK D1 Club and jointly co-organized by  Dewan Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu and supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Environment and Ministry of Youth & Sports.

Entrance fee was RM15.00… not a problem if the show was an explosive… and the entrance gate is unbelievable… it was just a cut out of the fence… How on earth did DBKK allow this?… can’t they just put a proper gate there??? Anyway, it says shows from 8AM – Midnight… but too bad, I… we… feel conned… went there with 2 friends around 11AM… was hoping on that time, the drift show will be steaming ahead… but nothing going on except for some Volkswagen car displays and car audio show… 😛

From time to time, a car will screech around on the track… but nothing spectacular… we got bored and steaming from the sun heat which is more like body fat burner… the next few days I have to bear the sunburn… and this is the darkest skin I ever have… well it was from the paintball game the week before and made worse by this event… 😛

Then we found out the actual show will be held at 4PM!!!… since it is already around 1PM, and except for one stall selling drinks and some foods… we decided to eat outside the area… and we end up at the Cock & Bull Cafe (Bar – Gourmet – Asian Cuisine – Music)… and I had grilled salmon. Then it rains heavily… and we went back to the track around 3PM… around 4PM, still nothing happen except for some competition results at the main stage hosted by DJ Othoe… Then Othoe announced that the drift competition will start at 6PM!!! Damm… we wanted to go home… but decided to stay since we have waited since 11AM… come 6PM still nothing… only around 6.30PM the shows started… but it was already dark… and nothing to see much… so we decided to go home around 7PM… 😛

I hope, in future, when events like this are organized… put as 8AM – Midnight… the organizer will not be so stingy or poor enough to print a show schedule on a piece of A3 paper and put it at the entrance… so that the spectator can arrange their time when to come… we have no problem paying the RM15… but don’t tell me you can’t print a show schedule on a piece of A3 paper with RM15…
