Yesterday went to Gaya Street to pay my aunt’s credit card. Then had lunch at Wisma Merdeka. After that, me and friend want to send his faulty Canon EOS 400D to Investline Sdn. Bhd., but unfortunately it started raining heavily. Postpone sending it today.

We went there 2 days ago to check the camera and found out the lens, 17-85mm IS USM, is faulty. It can’t lock its AF, it takes forever to focus the AF. Even if it gets locked, the output is very bad… blur. We can’t give it that day since he did not bring the warranty card.

I did ask about the Canon EOS 40D… it going to cost about $5k++…

A 155mph gusting wind almost crashed a Lufthansa plane while landing at Hamburg airport. My friend called me back today. He said he got it! Got what? I asked. He said he manage to get a start up financing for his business. I just want to make sure he knows what he is doing. Then he explained to me one by one what I already know and things like Unsecured Lines of Credit and so on. Yesterday went to the clinic for my flu and mild fever. Waited about 15 minutes for the doctor to come from donno where… when he arrived, he was carrying a can of Coke… emm… he must be hanging around at the coffee shop.

As usual, the nurse told me the medicine will make me sleepy… so don’t take it if I’m going to drive. When I reach home, I took the medicine… antibiotic x 2, panadol x 1, ‘anti-flu’ x 1 and big spoon of cough syrup.

Wah… the ‘anti-flu’ and the cough syrup really knock me out man… within half hour I already down like a fallen cow.

This morning, my fever is gone… only itchy nose and cough.

A few days ago, a friend called and invited me for a tea… I said no problem. After all I need to get out from the house for a while to get fresh air because I’m having a mild flu that time… I thought.

He wanted to get some opinion about starting a business. Well, as usual, I normally have loads of idea on how to start a business 😀 Anyway I ask him how much he has to start the business. emm… what ever figure he mentioned will not make it easy to start his ‘business’.

Suggested to him to get a loan or something like Start Up Financing. He is bit reluctant… I believe it is because of his past experience. I picked up flu or runny nose since Thursday… sneezing like mad cow. Normally I can get rid of it within a day or two. Normally I kill it with Ribena which is full of vitamin C. Unfortunately, I’m still having runny nose and sneezing. I think I have no choice but to go and see a doctor now. I don’t want it to affect me tomorrow… OK, off to the clinic now.

As lady gets older, they gets worried about menopause… as for men, they get worried about Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). What is BPH? First, BPH is not a cancer. Maybe you heard the term ‘prostate cancer’ before but that is not BPH. BPH is prostate swelling which normally occur to men as they age. The most glaring BPH symptom is frequent urination feeling in the middle of the night but hard to start or stop the urination. Is there a fix for prostate swelling? I really hate Google sometimes. Yes, they are a good search engine… they are they best, if that makes you feel better… you google freak. I don’t want to deny that. Recently… well 2 weeks ago, I downloaded and install one of their ‘good tools’, PICASA into my notebook. Picasa is for you to manage your photos and do some editing. It also can manage your Picasa online album at Google.

Last week, I tried to open an email attachment in my Outlook. I can’t! Well, I was having this problem on my PC for sometimes already but I did not bother about it since my pc is just waiting to be reformatted… it has many whistle here and there already… and further more I have the notebook.  The weird thing is, I can open other attachment like pdf or text file but not an email attached to an email!

I search for solution… with Google of course if that makes you happy, you Google freak… and found a registry fix… even Microsoft said fix the registry… so I add a new string value in my registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security\Level1Remove with .msg and .eml

Tried it both on the PC and notebook… but still no good. Search and search again for solution… one said, remove your Google Desktop. But as far as I remember, I never install Google Desktop on my notebook.. only Picasa.

I gave up… until a few days later, I open my control panel to see what inside my Add Remove Programs… guess what I found? Google Desktop! Dammit… where the hack that came from? It must have come together with the Picasa… immediately uninstall the bloody Googel Desktop… the Picasa was not touched. Fire my Outlook, open the attachment… booom… it open!!!

Go to my PC, uninstall the Google Desktop which I installed many months ago… booom… my attachment opened!!!

Not long ago, it looks like there are bloggerwave going on by the amount of news about blogs whether it is about making money or politics. But lately the news has gone down. This might not be true to politics’ blog but for blogs about how to make money. Opportunities for making some extra cash by blogging are quite hard to get nowadays. I and many more out there are affected by some ranking uncertainty causing opportunity to make money are harder to come by. Some has given up and completely lost of hope by unsubscribing completely to blog making money programs. But all hopes are not gone yet. There are opportunities closed but there are many more opening up, so don’t give up. If you know the Chinese philosophy about Yin and Yang, then you should know what I mean.
