My back pain is still bothering me sometimes… it did heal faster than before but I’m still feels uncomfortable with it… the trauma is still there… but then, I found out some of the causes of my back pain… it is not exactly the way we do our work everyday… but more on what we use everyday… I’m sure you know both of these… but never give much attention to it…

First cause is the shoe… this one I know about it long time ago… ever since my fist back pain many years ago… the heel of any shoe is very important. It must be properly cushioned… else your back, spine, nerve… will have to absorb the impact every time you make your step. The cushion of my working shoe I’m using are currently not in good condition… that is one reason…

Second, the chair… when we sit in front of the computer, we tend to forget about the time… we sit without bothering the stress and strain not only on our eyes but to our back too… if the chair is too small, the weight distribution area is too small… end up only a small part of our butt holding all our weight… and that is super bad when your weight is extra… 😛 So, the chair must be big and properly cushioned… make the cushion very thick like the patio cushions so that your weight will be properly absorb by the chair cushion… Becoz of these two things, I’m changing my shoe and chair… but I still have not found a good chair and shoe… 😛
