It’s May… and this is the month of fiesta in Sabah… the Harvest Festival or Tadau Kaamatan Festival month. District of Tuaran hosted the launch of the state level Tadau Kaamatan Festival on 1st May 2011.

The grand festival cum the closing of the state level Tadau Kaamatan celebration will be held for two days at Hongkod Koisaan  Penampang on 30th & 31st May 2011… and both days are public holiday. The highlights will be the final Unduk Ngadau  or Beauty Pageant. Winners from districts level Unduk Ngadau will be competing on that day for the crowning of the state Unduk Ngadau 2011.

As for the men… drinking will be the event they are looking forward. But I hope everyone will control or take care their drinking… the beer, tapai, talak, montoku or whatever you call it… don’t drink and drive… if you drink and drunk, keep calm and don’t drive… don’t put others in danger or trouble.
