Telekom, you again…
telekomMy mum called me this afternoon (yesterday) asking me to inform Telekom that the phone is not working. I called their hotline at 100. A machine answered… and like usual automated answering system… choose your language… choose your problem (problem?)… until a real human (lady) answered me.
I told her my problem… gave the faulty phone number… gave the registered owner… my name… my hand phone number… then she said your reference number is the faulty phone number… at first she sounded not very clear… so ask her again… then she sounded a bit ‘angry’… then I purposely ask her again… confirmed, her voice is bit ‘angry’… then as usual I make her more angry… by imitating her voice and ask again and again… then she change her voice softer… mua ha ha ha… eat your stuff Telekom…. 😀
Surprisingly, after 1 or 2 hours, their technician calls to confirm the location. When I reach home, surprise… surprise… its fixed!
