If you are a food lover especially BBQ kind of food, then I’m sure you know or watched License to Grill before. When I do channel surfing, especially when there is no good program on TV, usually I will watch the channel 703 at Astro… the Asian Food Channel. One of the series I like to watch is the License to Grill hosted by Chef Robert Rainford… I don’t really like him coz he talk too much and too animated, but I like the food he cooked… BBQ!!!

He do his cooking outdoor… outside at the patio next to the swimming pool… most of time he do grilling and smoking the foods… with a couple of large and modern grills… but I believe it is not an outdoor electric grills but outdoor gas grills… I tried looking for the same grill here, but I don’t think anybody selling it here yet. I’ve seen the same grills in Singapore last year… but can’t buy it coz the prize, currency and the weight of it will make it too expensive to bring over here… hope someone will bring those electric and gas grills here soon… grilling using charcoal is quite messy and take long time to prepare… 😛

Some people drink coffee to stay awake… me, I don’t need anything… I can stay awake anytime… unless I’m too tired… That’s why I always stay awake late… but nowadays I try to force myself to sleep before 12.00am.

But it’s hard to fall asleep when you are so used to staying late… and it’s easy to identify those who don’t have enough sleep… usually they have panda eyes… 😀 You don’t know what is Panda Eyes?… well that is the black or blue-black thingy around your eyes… this dark eye circles always appears when you don’t have enough sleep… 😛 If you have it, get enough sleep coz you are lacking of sleep.

OK back to coffee thingy… I don’t like drinking coffee… coz it makes my pee smell coffee… 😛 especially Nescafe… but I found out there is Nescafe which don’t make my pee smelly… it’s a premix coffee called Body Partner Nescafe Breakfast… try it… it really don’t have that thick coffee smell… it has mixture of taste… milk… oat… sweet… 😛

Was so tired today… lazy to go out so did not go out for lunch… just eat 3 pieces of Japanese tausa buns instead with mango juice in the office 😛 I wanted to sleep during lunch time on my chair but… I can’t coz my back is still in pain… well, not exactly pain all the time… I’m recovering well… but for now, every time I sit for long time, I will have a hell of time to stand up… so imagine if I fell asleep on the chair… it’s gonna be a huge trouble for me to stand-up when I wakes up.

Since I can’t sleep on my chair, I tried to finish some work during lunch time… and went back the moment the clock hit ‘time to go home’… at home I just dump myself on the bed… without sleeping pills, I fell asleep immediately.

I woke-up after like… two hours… feeling fresh… 😀 But now, sure I will not sleep early tonight… will stay awake late… probably till 2.00 am… but not coz of insomia 😛 … maybe I’m gonna need sleeping pills now… 😛

Received a call from an organizer today… about  some online competition and coming government forum… the call was from outside the country… I knew it immediately coz the person on the other end has a different slang.  I have attended twice their forum before, so I was a bit relieve when I knew who she was.

Usually when I received a call from someone with a thick slang, I get very tense coz sometimes these people are promoting things like bond, fund, share… bla bla bla… all kind of investment scheme from neighboring countries… which I’m not interested and can’t afford. If it is about online affiliate marketing, I will consider it for my blogs… 😀

Anyway, the funny thing is about the prize… the overall prize for the online competition. When she said the prize is a 5 day all expenses paid trip to Kota Kinabalu…. I almost bust into laugh… but not to be rude, I kept quite… but laughing inside… 😆

One thing that I don’t like when I have to take medicine is the side effect… I don’t really have major problem taking medicine… medicine is for cure… cure for my back pain… it just that I just don’t like taking drugs… and sometimes medicine which is new to me causes acne popping on my body… especially my back… it’s usually a big one… just like volcano when it ripe… ready to spew its larva…. 😛 So far, I have not found any best back acne treatment… so I just let it grow… then when it ripe, I just press out the pus… 😛

And volcano type acne is very painful… especially when it grows inside your nose… or under your skin without ‘eyes’… without hole… for the pus to come out… 😛

Yeehaa… I just submitted my income tax at eHasil… lucky the internet line in good… else I’m in trouble coz the dateline is at 12.00 am tonight… today… barely 3 hours before the dateline… online submission dateline is 30 April 2010.

I actually filled my online income tax form a week ago… but because I have not received all my cheap life insurance statements… or probably I did received them but misplaced the statements… I have to postpone the submission…

Then I forgot all about my income tax until today… but today, I was also so busy with 4 tasks… which occupied my whole day… which made me forgot about my income tax again until I heard it on the prime time news. at 8.00 PM… And I still have got all my cheap life insurance statements…

So what did I do since I only have less than 4 hours before the dateline???

Well, I dig out my completed 2008 income tax forms… which is in PDF forms… and simply copy the amount of my cheap life insurance amount… should be OK since I pay the same amount of premiums every year… I think… 😛

I need a haircut soon… it is making me uncomfortable nowadays… well, I don’t like long hair… I usually cut my hair short so I don’t have to use comb… I think I have not used comb for the past 10 years… I just use my hand… my fingers… 😛 and with a short hair, virtually there is nothing much to take care… but some, especially ladies, they need hair loss treatment for women coz they have long hair and it tend to drop from their head… long hair need loads of maintenance… all kind of hair problem… including dandruff  😛 If you have no time to take care your hair, cut your hair short or go bald… 😆 simple… I like to make my ‘head’ simple… 😛

So many empty boxes occupying space in our office… including inside my room. Every time we throw away the old empty boxes, new boxes will come… some of the boxes are made of good quality papers…high quality cardboard… especially those boxes for expensive electronics like laser printers. Sometimes staff from other sections comes to our place asking for empty boxes… sometimes the reasons are like… moving house… transferred… so need lots of boxes for their stuffs… but so far nobody said they want to use it as shipping box… yea, those high quality boxes are suitable for packaging fragile stuff… and very suitable for shipping… 😛 Anyway, usually there are ‘re-cycling papers’ people who come to collect the boxes… yea, good for the environment 😀

I found out that the electro acupuncture I just bought can work as a body shaper… it can help reduce weight… burn fats… but I’m not sure if it is as good as the best weight loss supplement you can buy out there… 😛 But I’m having fun using the device… the electric shocks it gives really make you awake… when the electrode or the slippers which have electrode are used, your nerve and muscles moves out of you control… it just follow the electric shocks rhythm… 😀 you can’t stop the your muscles from moving… no matter how hard you try to stiffen your body… 😛

If you are looking for cheap shoe, you can try the shop at Jalan Lintas… I think it is called Grace One… it is somewhere in front of the Lintas Golf Driving Range. The shoes are somehow reject shoes… well, the shoe are a little bit deformed… but you will not be able to tell it… the deformed are like uneven colors, stitch not inline… etc… they don’t have fancy brand like Giuseppe Zanotti but a much bigger brand like Adidas and Nike. I was there a few weeks ago… I was attracted with their banner… 70% Discounts!!! But I did not buy anything… but I was eying for the Adidas Predator soccer shoe… to use for paintball game 😛 … it was selling for RM107.00… in fact, most of the shoe are sold at that price… 😀
