Although with the three type of medicines and a massage, my back pain did not subside… I almost fainted on the second night… last Saturday… the pain was so severe… till my whole body soaked with my cold sweat… yea, it was cold sweat… if you know what cold sweat is… then you can imagine how bad was I that night. But luckily, the severe pain pass-by after like 10 minutes… and I manage to get a sleep after that.

I did not take any leave this week… but did take emergency leave on Friday… although I’m still in pain. I shared my experience with my colleagues… and one of them suggested to use the electronic acupuncture… and loan me his the next day, Tuesday. So on Tuesday, I tried the device before lunch time… after using it for 15 minutes… I was able to walk straight!!! It was miracle!!!… I even manage to go to the gym on Wednesday!!!… previously… in the last 2 incident, it took me about 2 weeks before I can walk straight. The electronic acupuncture really suits me… I bet some might also benefit from this little device and instead of buying flowers for mother’s day, why not buy this little wonders, the Nicomizu NOM-699 Digital Acu-Pro, for Mother’s Day?…

After nearly 40 years, a long lost light reflector that was left on the surface of the moon by the Soviet Union has been found. The reflector was left on the surface of the moon during the  Soviet Luna 17  mission on the 17 November 1970. The laser reflector is French made. It sure a wonderful feeling to those who have connection with the mission and the light reflector… The Russian must be celebrating the finding with their best vodka… 😀

Anyway, I also found my long lost ATEN Master View USB KVM switch last week… it was stacked in one of the drawers… I sure have lots of treasures hidden in my drawers… I used the KVM switch more than 5 years ago… it was the first KVM switch with USB ports… yes, it is with 2 USB ports 😀 It has the usual PS2 ports for the keyboard and mouse… but during that time, I have the Microsoft Explorer mouse which is USB type… that’s the reason I needed a KVM switch with USB ports… and I connect 3 CPU onto it… 😀 

The coming Borneo International Marathon 2010 is on 2 May 2010.

During last year event, I manage to snap some photos… it was not planned… me and another two friends just decided to go for it… I think one or two days before the events… but this time, I already informed them about this coming event… hopefully this time we can get better location and photos… if we go for it.

Last year, the international category winners was monopolize by African runners… probably they are taking hgh supplements… or  maybe it’s in  their blood… great runners…

We see how the event goes this time… hopefully more international participants… If you are around Kota Kinabalu on 2nd May, don’t forget to drop by and watch the event… 😀

Last Friday, my old problem came back… old back pain. It came in split second… I was just sitting relaxing in the early morning… when I tried to stand up, I felt a sharp pain on my back… I immediately knew the old problem came back.

I had experienced back pain twice before… and it takes one or two weeks to heal… dang… this time it gonna cost me a paintball championship… the International Super Seven Championship 2010 on 22-23 May 2010… it worries me so much till pimples are popping out… I think I’m gonna need a blackhead remover at the same time…

Because it was so painful, i went for massage… it helps a little bit… but the next day, I think the pain of the massage was making my whole body painful… so on Saturday I went to see doctor… had an x-ray… and emm…. looks like it’s not a simple problem… since it has been going on for sometimes, there are some problem on the bones… and it cost me 300++ and still need about 750++ if I go for MRI… and another 20K++ if have to do operation… dang… health insurance is very important in this case…

I hope I will recover completely soon… and hope this problem never come back again… have to take care my weight and back… 😛

Do you post or publish to the world your account screen shots?… Any account… email… PayPal… bank account… etc…

Well it’s not right to do that… especially when you intentionally or unintentionally forgot to sensor censors or blacken certain important information like identification number, account number, the URL’s of the screen shot, reference numbers… or anything important or supposed to be confidential in the screen shot you are publishing.

You might think there is nothing wrong by publishing all those stuff… but by doing so, you are giving some clues to someone who are interested to hack or gain entry into your account. Sometimes, with only one of the info, such as your account number, someone is able to dig more info about you and your account… which lead to your account being hack.

What’s more when you published so many details about your account… such as account number and URL… that is a huge info for someone to dig into your account… and at the same time exposing your account provider… and they get hack too…

Try to avoid posting stuffs which are not supposed to be seen by other than you yourself… well, posting and re-posting stuffs like promotional items, news, holiday destinations and so on are OK… but never post something which require you to login… meaning, if you need to login to view the page or information, never screen-shots it and post it… it’s for your own good… the web is like a postcard… whatever published in the web, anyone can read it… and use those information for good and bad!!!

This month and next month are busy months…

So many office works need to be completed… backlogs are so much… meetings here and there… to get specifications… to prepare reports… to do technical drawings… going outstations… attending courses… 😛

So many activities coming up… paintball training… paintball competitions… photography outings… donno want to go or not… 😛

So many favors need to give away… lucky no one asked for wedding favors… helping others to prepare reports… digging for information… specifications…

I don’t think I like to do all these anymore… work so hard… at the end nobody appreciate you… well, not all… but some… 😛

I need a break… I need to go for vacation… how nice if I strike the Jack Pot… nothing to worry about… just spend… do charity… travel… 😛

Is this man, Zaid Ibrahim, going to be the next Malaysia’s Prime Minister???

He started as a kampung boy in Kelantan and build a 130+ lawyers law firm, Zaid Ibrahim & Co… the biggest law firm in Malaysia… probably the biggest in South East Asia too…

He was appointed as a Law Minister but resign after about 6 months… he can’t go against his principle… so he resign…

But tomorrow he might stand for the Hulu Selangor by-election… a parliament seat which can allow appointment for federal minister or Prime Minister.

Last week I received two packages through POS Laju… one I received on Monday which I have to collect from the Post Office since I used my Postal Box as the shipping address and the second package was sent to my office since I used my office address for the shipping address.

Well, both packages are not personalized gift… it will be great if someone out there did send me these gifts… anyway, they are actually goods I bought online… well not exactly… one is purchased online and paid using PayPal and the second one is through IM and paid using Maybank2U.

The fist one is the BlackRapid’s RS-7 R-Strap camera strap bought from ShaShinKi which comes with ConnectR-2 and FastenR2. If you are not sure what are these, just Google BlackRapid. This strap helps handling the camera better.

OK, the second package was DYE’s i4 Clear Lens… this is not camera stuff but it do help in taking picture 😀 The lens is for my paintball goggle… the DYE i4. When I purchased it, it came with a Smoke Lens… tinted lens. Smoke Lens is good for playing paintball but not for taking paintball photos in the field. So, this clear lens will help me see better through the camera’s eyepiece when taking photos in the field.

My office has been using sticker labels printed with barcode printer to tag our goods for few years already. Our sticker labels are made of tough plastic. Using sticker labels are neater and cleaner… and looks much more professional.

Before, they were using waterproof marker pen to write on the surface of our goods. Those with ugly handwriting will  make the tagging super ugly… uneven size, not straight… hard to read… you name it, they are simply ugly… 😛

And with the barcode printed on the label, it is easier to enter the tag or serial number to the computer when we want to verify the goods… or searching in the database… Barcode printer and scanner are not very expensive, just like the Symbol LS2208 barcode scanner which is very affordable…  we simply use the barcode scanner to read the codes instead of punching in each code using the keyboard… no more typing mistake 😀
