TIGER… that is the celebrated animal in the Chinese calendar this year.

Today is the Chinese New Year… and also Valentine’s Day…  there will be two days public holiday in conjunction with the CNY… 14 & 15 February 2010. But since the first day of CNY falls on Sunday, Tuesday will be used to replaced it as public holiday… meaning there will be extra one day holiday 😀
There will be lots of ang pau, lion dance, fire crackers, fireworks and foods… but for those who are not compatible with peanuts… yea, peanuts are served  a lot during CNY… you either avoid it or get ready with your best acne treatments after that… peanuts are really tasty, but it also makes your acne pops out 😛

Anyway, let’s celebrate the Chinese New Year… and welcome the Tiger into our home… and let it brings lots of happiness, good health, prosperities and mega fortune… Gong Xi Fa Cai…

And not to forget…. Happy Valentine’s Day 😀

If you follows Oprah Winfrey talk show lately… you will notice that stories about overweight people or dieting programs is getting more attention. She will invite guest to her show whether to the studio or through live video chat.

As far as what I have seen so far, I don’t think she ever do any best weight loss pills review, but her guests will tell the audience  how or what diet they have taken or gone through to cut down their size and weight…

Well she probably likes or wants to help those who are overweight to go through their daily life since she was quite ‘heavy’ before… 😛 And if you did not watch or missed her shows, you can check her website…

This is the year of the Tiger… and I was born in the year of Dog… and I’m proud to be DOG… coz when u reverse the word it becomes GOD… hahahaha…

Anyway, this is what Lilian Too of World of Feng Shui Boutiques says about people born in the year of the Dog for this year….

The Dog enjoys the Luck of Small Auspicious, which means there will be a series of small but meaningful reason to celebrate through the year… emmm I’m going to strike the big Jackpot this year 😆 …  There may not be anything earth-shattering, but in a variety of small ways, you have reason to smile. The year will be kind, as the Tiger is your ally, but your intrinsic energy is weak, so success may be difficult to achieve… emmmm…  maybe the Dogs needs the best vitamin for men this year 😀

OK, that are some of what she said… there are many but I’m worried if I put it down here, I will start buying all her feng shui stuffs…

I’m working from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm everyday from Monday to Friday… and that’s 9 hours a day or 45 hours a week.
But if you read this statement from a UK’s left-wing think tank the New Economics Foundation… “working week should be cut to 21 hours to help boost the economy and improve quality of life”…

WOW… that’s like working 4 hours and 12 minutes only a day from Monday to Friday!!!

The foundation claimed in its report that the reduction in working hours would help ease unemployment and overwork… cool… less people will get stressed-out or gets nervous breakdown… but too bad to those selling mechanical breakdown insurance 😛

The foundation is aware that by reducing the working hours people would earn less, but said they would have more time to carry out worthy tasks. They would have better scope to look after their children or other dependants, there would be more opportunity for civic duties, and older people could even delay retirement, the foundation said.

Well, I’m ready for that… but wonder when it will be implemented here… 😛

During the Dance, Unicorn and Lion Celebration opening last Saturday… there were two weird things I saw… well maybe only one coz the other is not that weird.

It was like this… after all the VIPs comes down from the center stage and before the troops starting going up to the stage… they were all circling the stage first… with all the small pieces of metallic papers which was shoot into the air as part of the opening highlight lying on the stage floor, suddenly there is a small tornado at the center of the stage… it was clearly visible coz the metallic papers were spinning in the shape of the little tornado… it was quite difficult to capture it in photo with all the troops blocking the stage… but surely you can see the metallic papers circling up like tornado… hope it is a good sign 😀

Second… this one maybe not that weird… there is one guy from one of the troops displaying fire acrobatic… he was carrying fire torch and a bottle of kerosene… yes it is kerosene coz I can smell it… he will put some of the liquid in his mouth and blow it towards the fire torch… and there will be a big fire shooting up in the sky with some thick black smoke… and at one of the shoot out…while he was right in the center of the stage… he actually created a big dark circle of smoke… and it was visible for a few seconds… and I hope this is not a bad sign but a good sign… for the year of the tiger 😀

Last Saturday, 6 February 2010, went to see the launching of Pesta Tarian, Unicorn dan Singa… in other words, the launching of Dance, Unicorn and Lion Celebration… in conjunction with the coming Chinese New Year Festival on the 14 and 15 February 2010.

The launching was held at the Padang Merdeka or Padang Bandaran in Kota Kinabalu around 3.00pm and finished around 5.30pm.

The crowd are quite large… the main stage’s seats are full and the surrounding the field is crowded with spectator and of course by the lion, unicorn, dragon and dance troops…

Me and Disney was roaming amongst the troops to have good pictures of them… and the 3.00 pm sun is quite hot… lucky my muscles are quite fit ever since attending gym 😀 so I was not getting tired so fast with the hot sun… but the sun is biting and burning… and was not using sun block lotion or acne body lotion… and this will surely make the back neck gets sun burn and red spots like acne, which will appears in the next few days…:P

Anyway, when it was launched, the sound of the drums and gongs beating was spectacular… imagine standing and walking around next to the many troops… beating their musical instruments and performing with their lion, unicorn and dragon 😀 but it was enjoyable and worthy 😀

Valentine’s day is just a few days away… celebrated not only by new couples but by married couples too… and lots of chocolates and flowers… and romantic dinner…

February always the month of love… so there going to be weddings everywhere… and having babies… so family planning will also play a big role for those who are getting married… and prenatal vitamins are very important to those who decided to have babies… 😛 It sound like a jokes… but yes, you do need to know about those vitamins…  its absorbability, quality, and key ingredients. OK, those who need to know more about it, just Google it…

After attending gym for almost four months… at last I will be taking my four free instructor lead training next week… unless I don’t want too or postpone it…

When I join the gym, I was helped by friends on how to use the gym equipments… and I basically know how to use them already… but probably not in proper order… I just use any of the station as I like… well concentrating on my chest… 😀

And I have not check my weight ever since I started… but I think my weight has increased… not going less… coz I gain more muscles mass… and did maintain some of the fats… 😆 so weight loss products is not necessary for me… coz when you are building muscles, it is not necessary that you will lose weight… you might gain more weight instead because of the muscle you are building… I think that is what happening… will check my weight next week… probably it ‘s gonna be 100 kg 😛

Surfing unrelated or unofficial sites during office hours are considered illegal… coz you are abusing the company or government properties.

And getting caught surfing porno live on national TV is something you don’t want to happen… at your life time 😛

A guy, employee of Sydney’s Macquarie Bank in Australia was not surfing or viewing any officials materials… or surfing a regular health sites like www.darkeyecircle.org… but he was caught viewing porn materials in his office… and it was done live on national TV!!!…
The live financial news about the current interest rates caught the employee at the background while his colleague, Martin Lakos, a Macquarie Private Wealth, was giving his analysis live on TV.

But in my opinion, the guy was not surfing any porn websites… in the video, you can see him viewing at least three sexy pictures… a static pictures and not videos… and by looking at what he was doing, I believe his active screen was a mail client program… probably Microsoft Outlook… and I believe he is reading one of his email… and the email has attachments… and you can see him double clicking the picture… the attachment… and a sexy picture will appear on his whole screen every time he do that…

So, in my opinion, he is not really at fault if he was just reading his mail… and unfortunately, someone sent him a nasty email… or should I say a tasty email… so logically, he has to check his emails and of course check the contents… the attachments… the sexy photos… that’s it… case closed…

When human evolved, the things we wear and use have to get evolved too… and human usually evolved very slow… like from monkey to where we are now… 😛 well, only if you believe we are from monkey… LOL

We don’t exactly get evolved very fast… I see the same human features 500 years ago as of today… but the things we wear or use gets evolved very fast… or we can conveniently called it fashion 😀

And when human take human growth hormone, the things around us has to get evolved too… and it has to be fast… coz the brain capabilities will grow into super intelligent in very short time because of the growth hormone… so the things we gonna use will not be the same anymore… just like this watch… 😛
