Since I’m having a little problem with my palm and foot… the Sabah Paintball League Cup photos will take a little bit of time to come out 😛

But don’t worry… it will come out eventually… sooner or later… biar lambat asal keluar bah… LOL and if anyone interested to buy high resolution photo prints, it’s gonna be a Best Buy photo prints… since it is the first leg of SPL it going to be cheap sale 😀 … and if you plan to use the photos on the web, you can use it as long you don’t remove the watermark, credit back this site and never use it for commercial gain OK… that’s about it for now…

Both my palms and soles are super itchy… since early Friday morning. I was awaken probably around 4am on Friday morning and I was scratching my palms and soles like a dog scratching its body…

The more I scratch, the more itchy it feels… and it feels damm bloody good…

The itch are not on the surface of the skin but under. Although I scratch them so hard, the skins did not peeled off coz the palms and soles skins are very thick.

I don’t know what happen or how I got this itchy thingy… first I thought it was caused by the grass on the paintball field where I was taking photos under the hot sun for two days last week. But if it was the grass then my other skin should have rash or itch… but none.

Then I thought it could be the dirt, bugs or other stuff like horse urine I catch while taking photos at the Tembalang Horse Race Course two weeks ago, 28 February 2010… probably… probably some bugs or germ from the horse… and it took 2 weeks to incubate inside my soles or palms… 😛

But then again it could be anything I ate a few days ago… and it caused allergies to my body… 😛 And I do have skin allergies but that was like 15 years ago… it was gone after I took injection 15 years ago.

I really need something… anything… to get rid of this itch… 😛

So today, I went to Damai Specialist Hospital (DSH)… usually I go to Hill Top Clinic when I sick. But since this is something extreme, I decided to go to DSH. I went there around 11 am. Registered myself since this is the first time I went there. But since there was 10 people ahead of me I only gave my urine and blood and decided to go somewhere else coz the nurse said it might take 2 – 3 hours for the doctor to finish the queue…

They called me back around 3pm… and within 10 minutes I was at DSH again. But I have to wait another half hour or more after I reach there coz the doctor was still treating another patient.

The doctor recorded my case and even draw my hand but he don’t know how to draw… 😛 so he took out his little camera and snap my palms… but I still have to wait 5 days for his diagnosis… he gave me 3 types of medicines… and the lab, medicines, consultations and registration costs me RM339.75 😛 I guess only beautiful site for life insurance will make me happy… and I’m going back for the review next Thursday, 18 March… I wish I can ask my insurance to foot the bills… :P

For two days players, marshals/empires/referees, Rela, spectators and organizers/officials were battling under the hot sun… for the Sabah Paintball League Cup 2010 First Leg at Likas Paintball Field. All events went smoothly without any major obstacles… everyone were having fun under the hot sun 😀

Since everyone are tired… including me… let’s just go straight to the results… then go to sleep 😀

Man Of The Match / Most Valuable Player (MVP) goes to Mike Athanasius (Uncle Mike) from Brotherhood.

And to those who missed this 1st leg and also to the teams who wants to ‘appeal/tidak puas hati’… see you all at the next leg. The 2nd leg will be held in Keningau on 3 – 4 July 2010.

BAH… last call for Sabah’s paintball players out there…

This is your chance to play paintball league cup… there will be three legs in this league.

For this first leg, it will be held from 6th to 7th March 2010 at the new paintball fields at Likas Stadium.

There are two categories, rookie and open.

For rookie category, it’s going to be 3 men + 3 reserve. Entrance fee is RM300 and inclusive of paintball pallets. Newbie & students are highly encourage to participate.

For open category, it’s going to be 5 men + 2 reserve. Entrance fee is RM300. You can use electrical or mechanical marker…

USPL rules will be used in this tournament.

I just realized today that my blog’s contact page is not working when used with Internet Explorer. When I setup the WordPress plug-in called cform quite sometimes ago, I’m very sure I have tested it and it was working.

When I look into my WordPress plug-ins today, the cform seems to be not working when used in IE, but it works if used in Firefox… messages submitted through the contact forms are not delivered to my mailbox…

I guess I’ve lost many inquires or messages submitted through the contact form… for that I apologize to those who has submitted inquires or messages to me which I never replied.

Truly, it was never my intention not to reply if you ever sent any inquiry or message to me.

Now, instead of using forms for my contact, you can email me directly… I’ve updated my contact page where you can see my e-mail detail in it.

I hope by displaying my email address in the contact it will not invites unwanted emails… spam emails like Viagra pills, gambling, life insurance policy quote… phishing that I won 20 million dollars… etc… etc…

I wish I can find a good contact form plug-in for WordPress coz contact form is much better… email address is not exposed to spam bots… 😛

OK, how do I start… coz this topic might makes some snap… well, I want to talk about errr… massage… … but it really has nothing to do with sexual massage or anything related to it… please don’t… coz to some, the moment they hear about massage, they will immediately connect it with beautiful girls giving massage… special massage… please don’t… I’m not even going to do xenadrine reviews or anything with Viagra here… I just want to tell about the place I visited last Friday… the Borneo Traditional Therapy… a massage place…

The Borneo Traditional Therapy is located at Damai… next to the Damai Point Plaza… the place is run by a lady… she is doing traditional massage… she said there are too many Bali massage, so she comes up with traditional massage just to make it unique… and she is not just making it sound unique but really makes it unique coz she use all the local traditional ‘skills’ in massaging and all the herbs… and she almost completed her book… yes, she is writing a book about her works… the traditional therapy of Borneo.

I’ve been here  five times already… including my last visit on Friday recently. Usually I comes here for massage when I have a very stiff shoulder and back… and head. She really knows where are the source of the pain and she will massage them till they really go away… but if you are not the type who cannot stand pain… then you gonna make lots of noise… and crying… she might be small but once she work on you… her hand is like a huge clamp… like last Friday, when she massage my hand, I was covering my face with my other hand… while my body was curling… and curling… and curling… and curling… like there is no more tomorrow… I thought I was going to faint that day… but the result is all the pain are gone… immediately… 😀

On Friday I had a very bad headache… well it is not really a headache… it just that there was a severe pain on my third eye… you know… forehead… I called it third eye coz that where our third eye supposed to be… 😛

Anyway, the pain started in the morning… my eyes was blurry… well it was blurry for the past few days… it seem that I can’t stand glare anymore… even the glare from the screen makes my eyes hurt…

I don’t know what caused my third eye pain… but I’m sure it is not diet pills side effects coz I’m not taking any… so the only reason I can think of is not enough sleep… well I always sleep late like 2 am… but the last few days I have been sleeping very late… late like up to 4 am… and I end up sleeping for about 4 hours only… 😛

So that Friday, I went home early… coz I plan to have a massage on my head and shoulders… my shoulder was also very stiff… I visited a place called Borneo Traditional Therapy. I’ve been here four times before in a span of 2 years… I think… if I remember correctly lah… 😛

The Borneo Traditional Therapy  is located a Damai’s new phase shops… I will talk more about it next time… I want to have a rest first… 😛

After 84 days without a word, the acne medicine he was taking is showing its result… finally he speaks!!!

OK, the acne medicine part is a joke… but it’s true, after 84 days, finally Tiger Woods spoke… and he said ‘I am deeply sorry’…

OK to those who are not sure what is it about… to those who hates sports especially golf… it is about Tiger’s fight with his wife, Elin, 84 days ago, during thanksgiving night… 😛 and their fight was not about the turkey or Elin’s face full with acne… it was about Tiger’s affairs 😛

Anyway, when the news about the affairs broke, suddenly his sponsors are cutting him off… but I believe they are making mistakes… If I’m not wrong, Tiger is the first sportsman who made a billion dollars. And his performance in golf is super extraordinary… He can sink a golf ball even without looking at the hole…  the hole is about 40 feet or more behind him… and at the same time made his ball do the advertising for Nike… and this was done during a major tour shown live on TV 😛

And I’m pretty sure the news 84 days ago did not make his fans run away… and he can come back easily without problem… and will give a fresh challenge to all the golfers out there… and the sponsors will start knocking his door… 😛
