I’ve been MAXIS post-paid customer for more than 5 years. Suddenly MAXIS become so generous to me… or izzit they want to rip-off my money? Yesterday and today, I received 2 SIM cards delivered through courier.
According to MAXIS who called me, both SIMs carries VIP number… 012-XXXX773. My existing number is a ‘special’ number with the 773 at the back. Both are actually ‘supplementary line’. The monthly rental is $10 without contract… meaning I can terminate it anytime I likes.
Well, I’m thinking of getting the one with the best numbers…

Generous? Hahhaa….. why would they take the trouble to send you the things, unless they get something in return? This sounds like another 2 tactics: increasing your credit limit for your credit card or sending a cheque, which is actually a preapproved loan.
