We have been working hard developing an online web base system called Contract Management System or CMS. The idea of having the CMS is to make the ‘system work for us’ and not ‘we work for the system’. The system work process is like, the moment someone applies for a car loan, the borrower and loan information will be entered into the system. Then the system will take over like preparations of letters. When borrowers fails to pay their installment, the system will automatically issue or print a warning letter. We don’t have to check the ‘behind payment schedule’ list all the time… that is what we called ‘system work for us’ where it saves our precious time. The CMS will work for us from the planning stage to the completion of the project.

Anyway, the development of our CMS is behind from our original schedule. Reasons of the delay are, we don’t have proper development tools, and we code lots of the functionality of the system from scratch. And it is not easy to please everyone on the system interface; each of them has their own taste.

But when I tried the epazz’s BoxesOS 3.0… boommm!.. That’s exactly what we need for our CMS. I can foresee with BoxesOS Content Management Component, the CMS’ information can be created, managed, organized, archived and shared easily. It will maximize our communication and the functionality of the CMS by providing one-stop access, secure and internet-enabled administration. Its data delivery methods through the web pages, emails, polls, documents, RSS and hot news are very impressive. I’m confident with BoxesOS 3.0 we will be able to complete the CMS on time and able to start using it to work for us from the planning stage to the completion stage of each project.
