Comments inside Comments
life March 19th, 2008Starting yesterday, I will do my commenting within the particular comment itself. I’ve seen this being done by some of the fellow bloggers for sometimes and I thought I gonna need a plug-in or something to do it.
While going through the comments in my account yesterday, I realize how easy it was to do comments within comment. Doing so will make my site neater… 😀

You mean like how I did on my blog? 😛
Ya bah, comment inside a comment not only makes the blog looks neater, also show the “actual” number of comments made in the post itself, rather than having 10,20 comments which was half.. made by the blogger itself.
😆 first time saw it at your blog lah tu… 😀 so I try to copy-copy the method 😉 and YES… akhirnya berjaya juga saya 😀

You can also do this from within wordpress itself, no need for any plugins.
One question: does it allow you to edit people’s comments? This might be necessary to edit out expletives etc
Another must-have plugin is the one where it tells the commenter if someone has replied to their comment (subscribe to comments plugin).
😆 actualy I’m not using any plugin. I entered my comment by editing the comment 😛
Yes, the ‘subscribe to comments’ plugin is something good to have… I’m looking for one.

I also opt for the reply comment within a comment bcos it’s easier to reply comment that way esp when you have more than 5 comments in an entry. I find it ‘byk kerja’ to scroll up and down to read each and then reply at the bottom of page. 🙂
