After gym the other day, I stopped by at one of the big shoe shops at City Mall… to look for outdoor shoe… coz I have been using my Adidas Mega Bounce 09 for gym and outdoor thingy. I came here before and saw a nice outdoor shoe… it’s a sports shoe which can turn into sandals… just nice to wear for outdoor stuff especially photography… 😀

I took photo of it in the previous visit and did some research about the shoe… First I thought the shoe name is Adidas Step Down… but when I Google Adidas Step Down, I can’t find anything about it… After doing more search, it turn out the correct name is Hydroterra Shandal…

This shoe is great coz it really looks just like a normal sports shoe… sneakers… but what makes it special is the ankle area… you can just step on it… it is constructed to be stepped-on… well, we do step on our shoe just like that but usually it will spoil the shoe… but for this Hydroterra Shandal, it is constructed for that… and it will take the stepping punishment like a man… 😀

Anyway, while inside the shop… well it was quite late already about 9.30pm… without any warning, the shops assistants started shutting the shop’s roller shades?… roller shutters? I have to rush out before they shut all the roller shutters… and too bad, the Hydroterra Shandal  shoe is no longer there… have to go to 1Borneo Adidas to shop for it I guess…

It’s time to fill in the income tax again… but I have not received all my insurance statements… and the submission dateline is by 30 April… 😛

And the worse thing… I can’t find my insurance policies… the whole file containing all my insurance thingy… life and auto insurance… 😛 I hope I just misplaced the file… it went missing at the same time as my passport and other certificates file the other day… I ransack the house and office and luckily found them stashed behind one of the drawers…

Now, it’s time for me to ransack the house and office again… I need to find it before the dateline… else I have to ask for new life and auto insurance quotes… that means more works and documents to deal with… 😛

Yeeeehaaa… it’s raining… it’s raining … it’s raining… after so long… almost two months… err… was it more than two months???… tonight it rains at last… the rain at home started just after 8.00 pm… and its still dizzling till now after almost 3 hours… I am hoping for heavy rain… I hope it will rain till tomorrow…

The weather is cooler nowadays… and today the sky is quite blue… and the clouds are majestic… the haze has been blown away… just look at this sky photo I took somewhere at Lido this afternoon… 😀

Being exposed to the hot sun too for long added with the thick haze nowadays is not only bad to the lung but to the skin too.

Being at the horse race track with all the dust flying around under the hot sun then dashing to take photos of the firemen putting out fire near the race horse track actually exposing my lung to all kinds of bad elements… horse germs, dust, smoke… everything goes into my lung… and deep into my skin… probably the reasons I’m having the itchy palms and soles!!!

And at the end of the day, my skin face become too oily… too shiny… too reflective… cleaning my face by scrubbing it with normal soap alone don’t really help… after rinsing the, the skin still oily and looks black… 😛 I have to use Oxy as blackhead removal then only the black face turn a bit fairer… 😆

Well, I have to get used to these if I want to continue with this hobby and turn myself into an extreme adventure photographer… 😀

Am I mutating or what?… these itchy on my palms and soles really makes me think like that. The itchy are just under my palms and soles skins… there is nothing wrong with the skin… the surface of the skins are just ok…

But I can see white spots under my skin on my palms and soles… and it’s like growing and moving around… is there something growing under my skin?… Am I infected with some kind of space virus?… Was I exposed with any kind of radiations recently?…

This is scary man… and I have to think what I have eaten the past two or three weeks… were the foods I’ve taken exposed or contaminated with hgh releaser?… yea hgh… the human growth hormone… or could it be something like animal growth hormone reaction or allergy?… animals in the farms nowadays are fed with animal growth hormone you know… to make them grow faster so that the farmers can slaughter and sell them faster… 😛

Do you know that scratching you body parts too much will cause wrinkles on you face?… Yea it sound funny, but that is what I think will happen… coz when you do scratching, your face will tighten… coz you are enjoying the nice feeling of scratching… 😛

Scratch … scratch… scratch… like no more tomorrow… and your face looks so ugly when you are scratching like mad man… 😆

I guess I’m getting all kind of wrinkle on my body nowadays… wrinkle on my face… wrinkle on my palms… wrinkle on my soles… wrinkles everywhere… 😛 Maybe it is time for me to get and anti wrinkle serum jab… especially on my itchy palms and soles… 😛 When are these itchy… itchy… itchy… on my palms and soles goes away?…

Gosh… this itchy is really killing man… woke up so early in the morning… 4.30 am… is this an early morning allergy?… morning cold allergy?… 😛

The more I scratch, the more it gets itchy… I just can’t stop scratching… the moment I start scratching, it become the center of pleasure… it so hard to stop scratching after that coz it feels so good till I feel like going to pee on my pants!!! Damm…

I really need something to stop all these itchy spots on my palms and soles.. probably something like the hemorrhoids relief cream… I really need something strong… something hot… well whatever strong… strong drugs… strong medicine… strong cream…strong oil… or whatever to make this go away… 😛 or if I can’t find anything to stop this, I might just soak my hands and foots into hot water… 😛

I got my medical test result today, Thursday, 18 March… but somehow it is not the result I expected or wanted.

The itchiness on my palms and soles are still giving me a hard time… so the blood and urine test results is very important to find out the reason. My appointment with Damai Specialist Hospital (DSH) was 3.30 pm… and I reach there just on time. Was about to register myself at the Counter 2 on 1st floor of DSH… but the nurse who just came out from the doctor’s room saw me and immediately ask me to go inside… and I saw a file on top of the doctor’s table with my name on it 😀

Doctor ask me to take my weight… went to the scale and it shows 90kg 🙁 did  I lost 5kg?… coz the last time I took my weight, it was like 95kg… 😛 or could it be caused by the gym visits?…

Anyway, the doctor went through my medical test result… emm… nice… nothing wrong with my kidney, no cancer, no hepatitis… no AIDS… no nothing…not even eczema or dermatitis… except for other stuffs which are not related to the itchiness…

I ask the doctor what is wrong then… he said, it could be just an allergy… then I told him it can be very itchy in the early morning… and guess what he told me to do… he ask me to wear glove!!! 😮

So, I went back with a batch more pills… for a week supply… without knowing what exactly wrong with my palms and soles… we’ll see how it goes after one week…

Tomorrow I’m going back to Damai Specialist Hospital for my review. Last Saturday I went there for the bad itch on my palms and soles and they took urine and blood samples from me.

I do not really sure what to expect for tomorrow review… I just hope they found the cause of the itchiness… I hope they did a thorough test on my blood and urine…

For the past few days, the itchiness has gone down… but not all, I still get the itchiness especially early in the morning and from time to time throughout the day.

I also realize that I did experience this before… but I told the doctor this is the first time I’m experiencing it… because the previous experiences was mild… and I was a bit ‘panic’ because of the severity of the itchiness at that time… I thought it was not the same… but now, when the itchiness getting lesser, it does feel like the previous experiences.

But, since they are checking my blood, I just hope they find the cause of it and give me the right medication to get rid of this once and for all.

If it an allergy, then they need to give me the rapid detox prescriptions… I’m not a drug abuser but I guess detoxification process will be able to cleanse the chemicals inside my blood which are causing the severe itchy on both my palms and soles… cross my finger…

Firemen are the most busy people nowadays… fire are everywhere… especially bush fire…

The fire station near my office at Sembulan is very busy… every day I can hear the fire engine’s siren almost every hour.

The weather is already very hot coz there was no rain for the past 1 month or so… then there are thick haze… sometimes the visibility is just 10km away… this is very bad… bad for our health.

So people, please stop doing open burning… try your best to refrain from burning your garbage, old junks, grass, bush… anything.

Try to recycle where possible… sell your old junks, old news papers, papers… anything… even your metal junks… plastic junks… don’t burn them… I’m sure your junks can be sold to 2nd hand shops… and they can sell it as second hand items or they can refurbished them before selling them again… you will be surprised what they sells in 2nd hand shops… you can even find refurbished fitness equipment in there 😀

We have a few bundles of old news papers at home… I brought my two nephews to sell the old papers at Luyang… 39kg… RM3.90 not much but good enough to save the environment 😀

Just look at this bush fire from the clearing near the Tambalang Race Course in Tuaran two weeks ago, 28 February 2010… disaster… not just to human but to other living things… poor birds…
