It has been more than 60 hours and MAXIS service is still unstable here in Sabah!
It was completely down at Penampang until yesterday noon, 1 July 2008, since 30 June 2008… That’s like more than 36 hours.

Can MAXIS compensate us?

I’m a postpaid subscriber and holding what they called VIP number… but who cares whether it is VIP or not… we just need the service to be stable and consistent.

Where can we put our complaint?.. Should we sue them through the Tribunal Court? Can we use the Cyber Law?
