At last… MAXIS send out a SMS to inform their service status…

Thank you for your patience and support during our recent service disruption. Full service is being restored.
And this is what on their website… and HOTLINK too…
It has been more than 60 hours and MAXIS service is still unstable here in Sabah!
It was completely down at Penampang until yesterday noon, 1 July 2008, since 30 June 2008… That’s like more than 36 hours.
Can MAXIS compensate us?
I’m a postpaid subscriber and holding what they called VIP number… but who cares whether it is VIP or not… we just need the service to be stable and consistent.
Where can we put our complaint?.. Should we sue them through the Tribunal Court? Can we use the Cyber Law?
Today I’m on leave… so this morning I sms my friend for breakfast. I did not bother if the message was sent or not. After a while, still no reply. So, I tried to call… NO SERVICE… shooott… what the heck. My message also failded to be delivered!!!
I call using the home phone… according to the friend, MAXIS is down since LAST NIGHT!!!
Damm… today I need my phone the most… and yet the service… THE MAXIS is DOWN!!! FOR HOW LONG???
I check giuk.net to see if anyone blog about it… sure enought maslight has one entry here…
My friend call his relative who are on MAXIS at Penang… NO PROBLEM there… shooott… this is only happening in SABAH or WHAT???
I have to buy a prepaid XPac… I’m on CELCOM NOW!!!
