On Friday I had a very bad headache… well it is not really a headache… it just that there was a severe pain on my third eye… you know… forehead… I called it third eye coz that where our third eye supposed to be… :P

Anyway, the pain started in the morning… my eyes was blurry… well it was blurry for the past few days… it seem that I can’t stand glare anymore… even the glare from the screen makes my eyes hurt…

I don’t know what caused my third eye pain… but I’m sure it is not diet pills side effects coz I’m not taking any… so the only reason I can think of is not enough sleep… well I always sleep late like 2 am… but the last few days I have been sleeping very late… late like up to 4 am… and I end up sleeping for about 4 hours only… :P

So that Friday, I went home early… coz I plan to have a massage on my head and shoulders… my shoulder was also very stiff… I visited a place called Borneo Traditional Therapy. I’ve been here four times before in a span of 2 years… I think… if I remember correctly lah… :P

The Borneo Traditional Therapy  is located a Damai’s new phase shops… I will talk more about it next time… I want to have a rest first… :P
