On Friday, it was a bit rushing… we were rushing to setup 2 new virtual machines… not new exactly, just 2 new cloned vpc. During lunch, went to Karamunsing Complex… looks like Karamunsing Complex is already in Christmas mood 😀

After lunch, we had our test. It was quite tough… and as usual, my handwriting will be worse than the doctor’s handwriting… I hate writing… why can’t we use the PC and just print out our answer…

Our MCSE… she is marking our answer papers…

I don’t remember if this guy is in our class or not…

  
Where are the girls?… only the MCSE ‘marker’… all are 15 guys + 1 guy lecturer… it’s hard to find girls in System Course…

 
Hah… its 10.14am… the Sony T200 is so sharp yea… 😀 That’s my 10 years old MR-G G-Shock Limited Edition… all the resin rubber arround it are gone… I think it was $650++ when I bought it at Centre Point in 1997… or was it 1996…

On Thursday, there was a meeting for our year end workshop, so I have to get to the office by 8.30am. But I slept around 2.30am and wakes up at 7.00am on that morning… which is not cool at all. I was feeling sleepy through out the meeting and class. And by evening, I started getting headache… dammm… I was like walking on air. I went home immediately after the class and had a short nap too kill my headache… which went away after the short nap.

I did not have the chance to eat the class morning foods because I had my breakfast at the meeting. According to the rest, the foods were fantastic… no more salty foods. And I missed the backup and restore lesson… ooohh well… what to do lah…

This morning, I got a hint that the weather will be good today. It turns out to be almost true. It was sunny during morning till late morning. Somehow, it started raining before noon. Then it was sunny again until around 4pm where it started raining again.

When the heart abruptly stops beating and halting the circulation of bloods, it is called Sudden Cardiac Arrest or SCA. People who survive previous heart attack or diagnosed with some form of heart disease are at risk of SCA. SCA symptoms include sudden collapse, loss of consciousness, abnormal breathing, inability to find pulse and loss of blood pressure.

Immediate treatment of SCA is cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR to help to keep the heart and blood pumping or the use of automated external defibrillator to shock the heart and restore it to normal rhythm.

People who recover from SCA or who has potential to have SCA may receive Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator or ICD Implant. ICD is a small programmable implantable internal defibrillator device which monitor or senses the heart 24 hours a day.

If pace maker is to speed up heart rate, the ICD is working on the opposite, it slow down fast heart rate.

Wednesday the third day of the course is getting exiting. We did more testing and exercises. Unfortunately, the food provided for around 10am and 3pm is a bit weird. The foods are getting saltier each day. On the first day, we did feel it salty. On the second day, the foods are still salty, in fact saltier than the day before. And on the third day, I did not eat much because the foods are so salty. So, we told the lecture about it… hopefully on the fourth day we will get a good food. The funny thing is, the plates provide are very huge… it is oval in shape… 6” x12”!

I think, because we are so noisy about the salty food in the morning, by 3pm our foods are still not around…

On Tuesday the second day of the course, it jsut like usual. On the first day, I copied the 2 Microsoft Virtual PC hard disk into my notebook, the 2 VPCs are for Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP. Today I use my notebook to do all the tests and exercises. The PC is quite slow, the processor is Intel desktop 4k series I guess and the RAM is only 2GB… and I think the processor don’t support virtualization. That is just nice to run the 2 virtual PCs… but not nice enough. My 2 year old notebook can do it better and I just reinstalled a fresh VISTA after testing the VISTA for about 30 days.

About lunch time, my colleague, Darius, received a call from the office, there is problem with the accounting system… dammmmm… in fact I received a not very happy SMS about something else earlier… and now added with this problem… crappp… So during lunch time at 1pm, we did not go for lunch, instead we headed to our office. Darius and I tried to find the problem… we did found the reason of the problem… but it was not solved since we need to rely on the system developer, Noraini, to fix the bugs.

So, there was no lunch… on the way to the class about 2pm, I bought a can of Winter Melon drinks and 2 packets of roasted banana slice (not sure if that is the name… krepek pisang goreng). That was our lunch, and we ate that during the class… and as usual, we always share our food with the class.

Does real man need to clean themselves? Yes, of course, we are human too. Real man deserves to have clean and healthy skin. We like being fresh for the ladies, but not smell like a flower, that’s for the girl so the real man can smell and enjoy.

How does real man clean up? Of course we wash ourselves with soap… using soap like Virgil’s Fine Soaps.
