Tonight at midnight… tomorrow, on Friday… on 16 July 2010… the prices of sugar, petrol RON95, LPG and diesel will go up… the government is going to reduce the subsidies for all of these goods. Sugar will go up 25 cent to RM1.75 per kg… petrol RON95 will be up 5 cents to RM1.85 per liter… LPG will go up 10 cents to RM1.85 per kg… diesel will go up 5 cents to RM1.75 per liter.

Another type of petrol the RON97 will no longer be subsidized… dammm I’m using RON97… RON97 is much more expensive compared to RON95 but it gives more power to the car…  starting tomorrow its price will be determined by the market… shoot it’s going to be sold like in the stock market… would that mean we can play RON97 stock market at the petrol station starting tomorrow?

The government has been ‘threatening’ to reduce or to abolish subsidies for sometimes… how could the government do this to the poor people???… the people have to start dieting from tomorrow… we have to start reading diet pill reviews… 😛 The government’s action might not give much effect to some, but it sure going to give a domino effect… when petrol, diesel and sugar prices goes up, prices of other goods will shoot up… the retailers will start increasing their prices because of more transportation charges… the last time they gave us shock on petrol price… was it two years ago?… a plate of chicken rice shoot up to RM6 from RM4… how much is chicken rice going to be from tomorrow?… RM8??? RM10??… shoot man… we need to eat… the government is the one should be dieting… their unnecessary spending should go dieting!!!

The World Cup 2010 is over… Paul the Octopus has shown his wisdom… the whole world might start worshiping octopus after this… I will not be surprise if someone build an octopus shrine soon… and Paul can be the idol…:lol:

Well it’s really baffling that the octopus really pick the correct winner in all his 6 assignments correctly… in fact I was getting more doubtful after his 5th assignment… I was really sure all the 5 results was rigged… I was expecting him to make the wrong pick for the final… but he is right, he picked Spain!!! damm…

But I wonder what the octopus will say if it can talk… anyone can provide translation service so that we can know what in the octopus mind??? I know there are hundreds language translation services for human language around the globe… but I’m sure no one provides animal language translation service out there… 😛

After the octopus made five brilliant guess, the whole world especially fortune teller started showing off their animals… birds… monkeys… etc… to guess the winner for the World Cup 2010 between Spain and Netherlands. A lot of them made the wrong pick… some made the right pick… but I don’t buy all these last minute pick… these are considered fluke guess by the animals… no benchmark… they just trying to be in the center of the media like Paul… but Paul is different, he did very well… never fail… 😛 These animal must be talking and laughing behind… errrr… in front… of us… stupid human!!!

The last time after SPL, I had itchy palm and foot… it was some kind of allergy… and until today, never sure what was the cause. This time, I did not experience any kind of itchiness… probably because I was using the Dettol Instant Hand Sanitizer 😀 Used it on my foot and palms before going into the field… my feet actually soak with water and mud the whole two days while inside the field… so it was good to use the anti germs liquid… else don’t know what would happen to my foot… But this time instead of getting allergy which was probably prevented by the Dettol Instant Hand Sanitizer, I had two pimples like red spots… more like blackheads or puss… on my thigh and tummy… but luckily after removing out the puss and ‘blackhead’, it just dry off and heal… 😛

dare to take placenta soup?… sound really disgusting right… by just reading the news headlines anyone can get nausea… a traditional medicine practitioner in Johor told a reporter that some ladies are actually consuming placenta… usually made as soup… to make their skin youthful… soft… as soft as a babies skin… 😛 The ladies should just get a proper supplement to make them sexy or beautiful… like visiting http://www.godietpills.com to get better info instead of consuming disgusting stuff… :p next we going to read news… they are eating babies… 😛

It was the state CIO Conference on Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 & 7 Mei 2010.  Seven ministry was selected to present their paper… and our department ministry was one of it… but unfortunately the ministry can’t make it… the ministry’s CIO will be away to Balik Papan Indonesia during that time… so the department has to take over… 😛 Take over means extra works… to prepare everything… slideshow presentation… and of course the presenter… the presenter supposed to be the department’s CIO, but he also can’t make it… so it is either my boss or someone 😛 Luckily my boss is available for the conference… so we were busy preparing the presentation slideshow using Open Office’s Impress… we are not familiar with the application… we are so used to Microsoft Power Point… but luckily we manage to present a good presentation slideshow 😀

On Saturday & Sunday was the Sabah Paintball League Cup 2nd Leg. I’m supposed to be assisted by two photographers for the whole event but unfortunately one can’t make it. I was assisted by Louis on the first day inside the field and on the second day, I was alone covering the whole event… but I still manage to do it alone… 😛

The weather was cloudy and sunny… and it rained the day before… the intermittence appearance of the sun is enough to make us sweating and exhausted… it was very hard to breath… the air felt thin and hot like steam… it even harder to breath since we have to wear the paintball goggle mask all the time inside the field… portable oxygen concentrators would be a great help on that time 😛

On Saturday, the game went on smoothly in the morning till evening… but it rain so hard before 3pm… fourteen matches have to be carried to the next day. On Sunday, the weather is much cooler… it was cloudy all the time… but the rain came back around 4pm… it rain even harder than the day before… the final match which supposed to be played in three matches… best of 3… only manage to be played once… both teams agreed with the single match as the deciding match… Team Pit-Bull won the event by beating Labuan Riverside. Haiyoo… time to make booking with UMW Toyota… I need to service my car… it has exceeded 3,000 km from its regular 10,000 km maintenance. Maybe I need to replace the absorbers too coz I feel the car is a bit bumpy… the bump is quite hard… meaning there is nothing or very little absorber functions at all the absorbers… since I drive quite rough, I think I should use Ferrari parts so that the car is more comfortable… or make it lower… money fly again… 😛

I need my office chair to be replaced… it is not comfortable to sit on anymore… and there are still many other things I want to request for my office, in my room… I need a whole Hon office furniture for my room… file cabinet, drawer cabinet, stamp pads… even a new wireless telephone. I really need to sort things inside my room… they all scattered around… I think I need to use the 5s system… 😛

OK, tomorrow is the second leg of the Sabah Paintball League 2010. It’s going to run from Saturday to Sunday… 3rd July to 4th July 2010. It’s going to be held at the same place as the first leg… KK Paintball Field at Likas Sports Complex… located between the swimming pool and the golf driving range… you should be able to see the red bunkers on the field from the road or round-about near the Likas Golf Driving Range entrance.

Sabah Paintball League or SPL is the first big paintball tournament held in Sabah… hopefully it will become bigger every year… Me and two more photographers will be covering the two days event. In the first leg, there are quite a number of teams participated… and this time there are more than 20 teams… and on Sunday, there will be a special event… One On One.. for those who want to try and eager to shoot legally and safely, you should try this… just drop by… and don’t worry about jersey or what to wear… you can wear anything… even hip hop clothes… or better still wear your favorite World Cup team… but just make sure you wear shoes… sandals, sleepers or crocs are not allowed… I love crocs… 😀 You can use sneakers, shoe with studs… as long as it is shoes, that’s fine… OK see you all there tomorrow 😀

I’m feeling very low right now… everything was done in the last minute… ordered a Canon lens on Tuesday… they said, they will try to deliver it the fastest by Friday which is today else Monday… today is the day and it is past 5pm… shoot… no good news from Canon until now… I called the supplier just now… he said there is a box from Canon just arrived… but it turn out to be the cheap lens for 550D :p … damm… I won’t be able to enjoy my new lens for SPL tomorrow!!!… I have to use my old lens then… Then planning to do printing at site… everything are ready… photo printer… photo papers… UPS… but the most important part is not ready… out of ink!!!… damm… Then have to rush to have some suitable clothing for the event… long sleeve and sweat repellent clothes… no luck too… Oh well… we just have to do it the same way we did it in the first leg in March… And I hope I won’t get any rash or allergy like last time… or worse malignant Mesothelioma from the sun… oppss… malignant Mesothelioma is not caused by the sun ray… 😆 In the first leg after the event I encounter some super itchiness on both my palms and soles… not really sure what the cause until today… it could be the grass or it could be the horse from Tambalang Race Course… 😛 But I’m prepared with a better hat this time… last time it was horrible… under the sun for eight hours for two days with a small cap… 😛
