This morning, I was hoping for rain… but it was blown away.

Around 3pm, the rain came back from the interior… and it was still raining heavily on my way back around 6.30pm.

The clock shows 7.30pm now, and looks like the rain will not stop soon…

Ben must be getting worried because every time it rains heavily, his place will get flooded easily 🙁

The worse is when the interior (mountains) rains, millions liters of rain water will come down into the rivers… causing floods at lower part of the mountains.

I woke up around 9am on Sunday. When I went to the kitchen to take my breakfast, that’s when my two nephews started pestering me about Ratatouille… what the heck is Ratatouille? They show me the cinema sections from the Sunday newspaper… ohhh… it’s a movie…

So, after some pleading, I said OK… so, we decided to watch the 2.10pm show… we went off just after 12pm. When I went to buy the ticket, OMG, the 2.10pm show is full-house… the next show is at 4.10pm… have no choice but to take that show.

So we kill our time at McDonald and buying toys… 3 toys cost me $111.32

Last night, August 17, 2007, there was a civil service assembly for the national day celebration at Padang Merdeka, Kota Kinabalu. I think the program started around 6.30pm… but me and a colleague went there around 8.30pm 🙂 … of course after taking our dinner… I will go berserk if I don’t take my dinner 😮 The program finished just after 11pm.

Today, I had a headache… it started around 9am. So, I look for friend and went for a break. But my headache did not go away until now… normally, if I take little breakfast, I will get headache… but this time after eating a lot, it did not go away 🙁

Tomorrow, I need to wake-up early because I need to attend a seminar at 7.30am. I wanted to sleep by 11pm… but now, it’s almost 12am… I need to wake up by 6am tomorrow…

In the office today, I was visited by a System Integrator… he wanted to introduce Lotus Domino… and he knows I’m pro Microsoft… LOL so he said, he might not have a chance… but I said, it’s OK, I’m open for anything for now… 😉 Maybe we talked too long, my headache did not go away…

Then when I check my blog after diner… cool I got a Direct PPP offer… 😛

OK… I better go to sleep now…

WOW… when I woke up this morning, it’s cooler… guess what, it rained last night!!!… around 10pm… it was not that heavy… coz I did not even realize it was raining… 😉 but it was enough to cool down the weather throughout the day… yes!!! I hate the heat and haze!!!

And on my way back around 7pm just now, it was raining heavily…. yipppeeee… FREE car wash… 😮

In fact it still raining out there right now… but not that heavy… at least it will clean away the haze… and I hope it will raint till next morning… 😛

Since my visit to Kundasang on July 19, Sabah haze is getting bad… while I was in Kundasang, the temperature is not very cold… I can sleep without shirt! Even the mountains are covered with some bluish smoke layer!

When I went to Mimpian Jadi on August 6, the weather was so hot… till my cough gets bad with sore throat… but I’m recovering now.

Today, visibility is getting bad… and very very hot…

Last Sunday, August 5th, me and a friend, Nadzree, went to Dalit Bay Golf Club & Spa for a golf game.

On our way back, we stop at a stall. The stalls are selling baked coconut. They are also selling baked clam… not sure what type of clam was it.

On August 6 & 7, me and another 16 of my colleagues went to Mimpian Jadi Golf & Beach Resort, Tuaran. We went there to formulate a standard feasibility study methodology to comply with our department ISO9001 certification. This is my 3rd visit to this place… the 1st was for our BTN Training about 4 years ago and the 2nd was for golf about 2 years ago.

I would say it was a successful outing but definitely with the short one and a half day workshop, it was not enough to get a complete methodology… there are more issues need to be refined.

Unfortunately, my cough get a little bit worse… my cough started 2 weeks ago but it was not so bad… it was since I came back from Kundasang. It was not the cough makes me uncomfortable, but the sore throat.

After office today, I went to my regular clinic. My last visit was more than a year ago and it was not about sickness but to get some cream for my skin rash. My last visit for cough or my last two visit was more than 2 years ago… not bad… I don’t really need to see doctor that often… 2++ year… 🙂 Well it was attributed with taking enough vitamin C daily. I’m taking about 1000mg day… plus Fish Oil and CoQ10 😉

While waiting my turn at round-about, suddenly a car flip in front of me… like 10M away… yaiks… I don’t want to imagine… how… what… if I was closer….
