lockers’ padlock

combination padlock, gym lockers, keyless, locker, lockers for sale, samsonite, school lockers, wood lockers, yale

I renewed my gym membership last month… and the new starts on 15th December, although my membership end on 30th November… I actually talked to the Core staff to allow me to start as late as possible coz I’m not sure when I’m coming back since December is a very busy month… true enough, I’ve not attended gym for the past 4 weeks… πŸ˜›

When I go to the gym, I usually use the locker in the gym to keep my changing stuffs… my gym bag. The lockers in the gym are the wood lockers type…. Anyways, membership renewed but I needed a new padlock for the gym lockers… coz the padlock I was using broke… I accidentally dropped it and it become unusable… can’t lock any longer…

The padlock I use is the combination type… key-less… it is much convenience since I don’t have to carry any keys when I’m training… I just have to make sure I remember the combination… πŸ˜› The broken padlock is made by Yale and I bought it in KL. I have another combination padlock made by Samsonite but it’s using cable, so it’s not suitable for locking the locker. So I went buy another padlock… this time the brand is SureLoc… yea, it sure can lock… but how strong it is I’m not sure… I’ve not tried dropping it yet… πŸ˜›

last minute chirstmas shopping

christmas, christmas sale, men's clothing, ufo

Took a day leave today and went to Suria, 1Borneo and Karamunsing Complex… just want to feel and see how is the last minute shopping rush… πŸ˜€ Went around 11.00am. Lido was jammed… Luyang was jammed… KK also jammed… but the jams was not that bad… still OK… furthermore I used the Signal Hill route to Suria, so not very sure how bad was the jammed in the city itself.

There are not many shoppers at Suria… and I only entered the sports store… was looking for Adidas stuffs… but nothing interest me. Has been trying to find Adidas stuffs for sometimes… even tried in Tawau when I was outstations a couple of weeks ago… I’m looking for t-shirts and shorts for my gym… but very hard to get size that suitable for me… guess all sportsman are thin… πŸ˜›

Then proceeded to 1Borneo… not sure what time we took off… but I guess after an hour at Suria… 1B is a bit crowded… there was Christmas treasure hunt going on when we arrived… Since there are sales everywhere, I tried to look for men’s clothing but I’m not really into shopping for myself… so I just window shopping… for myself… πŸ˜€

First went to Crocs store… but all are old models… I ask if they have the Barista… too bad, none… Then went to Adidas store… quite a number of customers inside… browse the sneakers… nothing interest me… browse the t-shirts… nothing interest me… at the end I bought an Adidas watch as Christmas present for my nephew.

Tried to have lunch at McDonald… TOO crowded… damm… KFC is quite vacant… so went to KFC instead… only eat burger since not really into KFC food at this time… Then went to Parkson after KFC… saw Speedo watches there… bought one for my other nephew… all three of them are swimmer… this is good brand πŸ˜€

Then proceeded to Karamunsing Complex around 4pm… went there to buy another present for the third nephew… bought a remote control helicopter…. Karamunsing was crowded… but surprisingly I manage to get a parking right in front of the entrance… wow… today must be my lucky day… never park there before… always park at 5th floor…

In fact during our journey from 1B to Karamunsing, we saw an UFO… yea… UFO… usually while driving I also look at the sky… and I saw a plane… then I saw something very shiny near the plane… i mean further away from the plane… it was stationary… it was there for about 30 seconds… and I was fumbling taking out my little camera from my pants pocket… too bad, did not manage to take photo… so we thought, that’s about it… while figuring out what could it be… then suddenly the shinny thing appears again… and this time it was BIG… mind you it was around 4pm and the sun is bright… but there is no place to stop at the road side… this time my friend also saw it… unfortunately the road was bending and the UFO disappear… could it be the Santa Clause with Rudolf the Rain Deer?…

need some relaxing

cigar, humidor, shopping

After coming back for outstation works at Tawau, Semporna, Kunak, Lahad Datu, Sandakan, Beluran & Ranau last week, it’s time to clear everything before the year end… especially the account. Monday was the day I have to figure out what are the things need to be cleared… Tuesday was busy putting things in order… including those things that was queried by the Accounting Section… it’s not an easy job to make sure accounts are in order and balanced…

Wednesday is the same… running around getting things done… and the boss also asked me to look into his new iPad which is not working… I hate Apple… I never like Apple… and now I have to troubleshoot one of the Apple thingy… When I look at the iPad, it only showing the USB and iTune logo… can’t do anything… it doesn’t response to anything… no touch… danmm… then I have to look for friend who own iPad to figure out what is wrong with this iPad… even Google the net to find solution… at the end I leave it as it is… maybe I try to fix it on Monday.

Then Thursday was a little less busy… then today, Friday, took a day leave for Christmas… time to relax for a while… probably relaxing with a piece of humidor cigar would be great… πŸ˜› but unfortunately I don’t smoke… instead, I went window shopping… πŸ˜€

streaker… yea free show…

corsets, exhibitionist, flasher, naked woman, nudist, streaker

This is funny… errr… yea, it is funny… in Singapore, the news reported today a woman suddenly took off her clothes at the bus stop… yea, in Singapore… cool… err… it’s nice right?… No?… errr… OK… anyway, looks like more and more nudist… exhibitionist… streaker… or flasher… are popping up in Asia… for good free show… no good?… errr…. ok… πŸ˜†

The woman really stunts many onlookers at the bus stop… while walking towards the bus stop, she stopped and started removing her cloths… yes, she removed everything… including her corsets… then walk casually through the crowd at the bus stop.

Five minutes later, a bus arrived and she tried to board the bus. The driver of the bus which was carrying about 20 passengers on board, immediately shut the door and called the police… why?… let her in lah… while waiting for the police, the driver instructed male passengers to move to the front while the women were asked to sit at the back… then the driver allowed the naked woman to board the bus via the back exit door.

Eventually, police arrived, handcuffed and took her away. Throughout the 45 minutes shows, she appeared calm and even smiled. People, especially the males… took the opportunity to take her photos.

And here is the computer generated of the incident… but it is in Chinese… just have fun… πŸ˜†

Journey Around Sabah… starting with Tawau

door knob, journey, journey around sabah

Started my journey around Sabah this morning. My colleague, Azemie, picked me around 8.40 am and proceeded to pick another colleague, Disney. We had our breakfast at Papar food court… which I called it Pasar Makan… the one in front of Papar Milemewa supermarket.

We reach Tawau just before 5.00 pm and went straight to the hotel. We saw a few more colleague at the hotel’s lobby. I booked my room last week… I got my non-smoking room… the receptionist use my credit card for verification… I asked how much?… she said RM600… emm… OK…

Took out our bags from the car and let the hotel staff to deliver the bags to our respective room. My room isΒ  quite big… but unfortunately it has no mini-fridge. Then found out the bathroom door can’t completely close… the door knob somehow stuck… I slammed the door… and it closed… meaning I have to slam the bathroom door every time I need to close it for the next 3 or 5 days… depends… I might check-out on Wednesday…

We had our dinner at one of the seafood eating place… emmm… not sure what the place name… eaten there a few times already… it is near the library and next to the bus station…

Tomorrow, there are few numbers ofΒ  activities outlined by our branch here…. and on Tuesday too… OK, that’s all for now… need to rest… πŸ˜›

new home for most wanted site

bahnhof, Jon Karlung, Julian Assange, manage hosting, pirate party, wikileaks

If you want something and you want it to be the best, reliable, perfect, etc… you have to have something which someone important already having it… confused?… it’s ok… coz I almost confused with my own sentence… πŸ˜†

OK, let’s talk about web hosting… it can be any type of hosting… it can be just simple hosting or managed hosting… there are many out there… thousands of them… but which one do you think you can trust and rely on…Β andΒ do not careΒ what business you going to do in the cyber world… one way to pick is to see who are their clients…

Right now, the best of the best web hosting can be the one in Stockholm, Sweden… why?… coz they are the only one dare enough to host WikiLeaks!!! I wasn’t that interested with WikiLeaks before… but things get very interesting when Visa, Mastercard, Amazon, Moneybookers and some other sites were attacked as retaliations to the blockage of WikiLeaks and the arrest of its founder, Julian Assange… it seems that armies of hacktivists are with WikiLeaks defence at anytime… how cool is that???…

And things get much more interesting when Amazon completely removed WikiLeaks from the cyber world and no one wants to host WikiLeaks after that… then Jon Karlung, chairman and founder of Bahnhof offered to host WikiLeaks…. WikiLeaks needed only two servers at Bahnhof which were holding 8,000 servers.

How dare Jon Karlung to host the most dangerous and wanted site in the world?… and why did Julian Assange accepted the offer when he needed a very secure host?…

That’s because Bahnhof is inside a snowy rocky mountain and is 30 meters underground!!! The site is actually a bunker code-named ‘pionen’… and it is not a regular bunker… it is nuclear proof bunker which was built during the Cold-War era. OK, physically it very strong and secure… how about power supply?… well, the bunker is powered by two German submarine diesel engines…. YES powered by two SUBMARINE DIESEL ENGINES!!!… I think I want toΒ host at Bahnhof… πŸ˜€

getting busy for end year closing account

christmas sale, coupons, discount, holiday season, journey

For the past one week or so, I was like super busy and super tired… and it’s not over yet… work at office are piling with dateline… πŸ˜› end of year chaos… everything must be completed… dateline on this date… dateline on that date… πŸ˜› and at the same time systems, network, computers and printers are giving nerve wrecking pressure sometimes… probably they are overused at this time, that’s why somehow they also get over-burned… πŸ˜›

With all the chaos, I still manage to join the Operation Nexus last Sunday… you can say it was the biggest woodsball game so far held here… 120 woodsballer divided into two teams… the good guys US Black Water and the terrorist Kurdistan Workers Party… but I’m not in any of the team… I was there to take photos… πŸ˜€ At the end of the day, I was completely exhausted and knockdown… coz on Saturday, I was also under the sun for our Ministry sports event.

But today, Friday, our office had an early Christmas lunch at Promenade Hotel… the food are OK… I was not really hungry… so did not really eat… there are 16 of us, but lucky we did get a good discount… no, we did not use home everything coupons or any Christmas vouchers or discount coupons… but because of one of our staff daughter is working there… so she gave us loads of discounts… πŸ˜€

And this Sunday, I will be going east-coast for work… probably will be covering Tawau, Semporna, Lahad Datu, Sandakan, Ranau… another Journey Around Sabah trip for one week… πŸ˜€

mobile content development workshop

bit torrent, emule, ipad, iphone, Sekolah Pengajian Seni, Snowy Leopard, UMS, utorrent, web directories

A week ago, 23rd November, I attended a one day workshop on mobile content development at Sekolah Pengajian Seni, University Sabah Malaysia (UMS). At first, I was reluctant to attend the workshop coz it’s about developing apps for iPhone… i hate apple… πŸ˜› but lucky I attended it, coz it did change my perception on iPhone as far as about selling apps at Apple Store πŸ˜›

I thought the workshop start at 8.30am… and I left home at about 7.45am… and it is more than 30KM away… you see, to reach my office which is about 10KM away, will take me 12 minutes without traffic jam… and it will take about 30 minutes when there is traffic jam… and to reach UMS I need to go through all the major traffic jam areas in the city… πŸ˜›

With all the super manoeuvres, short-cuts and zig zagging… I reach and park just in time… about 8.32am… but I still have to find the room… when I found the room, the room is almost empty… it seems that I was the second participant there… πŸ˜› and it turn out the course start at 9am :O

The course went well… first, with the intro about iPhone apps development by the Mr. Azizi, the lawyer turned iPhone technologist lecturer… iPad/iPhone development tools… which I forgot what was the name at the moment… will dig it out later… and lastly group project… we have to propose an iPhone apps… there are 4 in my group, me and two colleagues, Celestine and Erwati, and another student, Aaron, from Mukah Politech. Aaron proposed we developΒ  a medical information apps… apps that helps you to identify medicine… it will tell you what is the medicine for, contents, etc… I guess our proposal is OK… and I want to do it… as my first real project… seriously… πŸ˜›

OK, how am I going to do that???… i hate apple… i don’t have apple… i don’t want to waste money for apple…

Well, I’m going to virtualized the Mac OS X… yea… virtualized the Snowy Leopard… I want to use vmware to virtualized the Snowy Leopard on my Windows 7… and I have been trying since last week… the furthest I did was to get the Apple logo on my vmware… dammm… why can’t someone put a proper tutorials, tools… and of course a working copy of the Snowy Leopard on the net??? πŸ˜›

So, for the past one week, I have been searching the web directories for tutorials, tools and a working Mac OS X. I even started using the bit torrent… the uTorrent version… which I never use before… never used bit torrent before… well, I did use something similar long long time ago… eMule is the name… Aaron pointed out a probable working OS X out there in the bit torrent cyber space… I’ve already downloaded almost 10GB from rapidshare… and now trying the bit torrent for another 5GB… hope this is the one… πŸ˜› wow… wat a long posting… πŸ˜›

water bottle

core fitness, gym, weight loss, weight loss product

Renewed my Core Fitness membership today… this gonna be my second year… I joined in October last year. I don’t really go to gym… I just need a gym… complete with good equipments… where I can go anytime. I only use the weight stations, thread mills and bicycle… so far I have not use the free weight.

Last year when I joined, they gave a water bottle… I like it very much coz it look modern. The cap has a hook… a hole… or a hook-hole… where u can use it to carry the bottle with your finger while moving around. This year, they also gave water bottle. But this time, the bottle looks normal and cheap πŸ˜› and its pink… they said it is red… but to me, it looks red-pink.. so it is pink… ladies must like this bottle very much as much as the best weight loss pills for women they use after gym… maybe, I don’t know… but funny, I have not seen anybody carry the bottle in the gym yet… probably there are, but it just that I don’t bother to notice… who wants to notice something they don’t like… πŸ˜›
