I need to get some kind of ladder… a step stools. I need them for my office and home. At office, I need the step stools inside the server room… coz whenever I need to reach or service the equipments inside the 8 foot high equipment rack, I use the UPS as my stool… and it damm heavy to move around. Of course the UPS is an old one and not functioning… else I might get electrocuted while on top of it.

With a proper sturdy step stool, things will be more safer… and as for my home, sometimes it’s dangerous to use the chairs coz it’s unstable… and if I use the table, then I have to move around the heavy and big table which is very inconvenience… really looking for shop selling this stool around KK or Penampang… 😛 I’d seen some in Giant supermarket, but the built is very loose… I don’t think they are stable to hold an almost 100kg man… :p

It’s May… and this is the month of fiesta in Sabah… the Harvest Festival or Tadau Kaamatan Festival month. District of Tuaran hosted the launch of the state level Tadau Kaamatan Festival on 1st May 2011.

The grand festival cum the closing of the state level Tadau Kaamatan celebration will be held for two days at Hongkod Koisaan  Penampang on 30th & 31st May 2011… and both days are public holiday. The highlights will be the final Unduk Ngadau  or Beauty Pageant. Winners from districts level Unduk Ngadau will be competing on that day for the crowning of the state Unduk Ngadau 2011.

As for the men… drinking will be the event they are looking forward. But I hope everyone will control or take care their drinking… the beer, tapai, talak, montoku or whatever you call it… don’t drink and drive… if you drink and drunk, keep calm and don’t drive… don’t put others in danger or trouble. And if you prefer to walk around the Hongkod Koisaan compound with your only bottle of beer, this leather beer holster is a good companion…  ladies, this is a great gifts for his birthday 😆 Your man will love this holster… 😛

I really hate it when the acne grows inside my nose… it damm painful. I only getting this when I ate something or when the surrounding is full of unhealthy fumes. And these unhealthy fumes also causes another problem… blackheads. Now, not only need acne cream remover but also blackhead removal tape or mask… I tried the one like tape… you wet your face or nose, put the blackhead remover tape on it, let it dry then slowly pull the tape… and there, on the tape you will see the blackheads… 😛

My weekend was wasted… all because of food poisoning. I’m not sure where I ate the bad food, but I’m sure it was not yesterday’s food… It must be the food I took two or three days earlier.

It all started yesterday evening with diarrhea… and it continues through the night… I was not sure I had a food poisoning that time. I thought it was just a mild diarrhea coz I was not having bad stomach ache or anything. So to sooth myself I tried a few remedies… it was the usual traditional medicine… better known as carbon in modern medicine.

When I woke up this morning, I was really weak… I just take my breakfast and continue laying on the sofa and tried to sleep… but it’s quite hard to sleep although I’m really weak. At the end, I went to see doctor. At the clinic, the doctor check my stomach by pressing on it… he said, he can’t feel anything… it must be food poisoning… my stomach full of air!… So he gave me 4 types of medicine including the re-hydration salt which I have it and taken earlier. It cost me RM40 for the medicines… I wonder if medical insurance covers stomach ache… I doubt it… but at government hospital, the medicine should be free coz it is part of the social security benefits for the people… and as a civil servant. But I usually don’t go to government hospital coz they are crowded… so I go to private clinic which is near my house too.

Yesterday, Saturday, morning I had my first paintball training after almost a year… I did not check or service my marker or gun after the last time I played… I went late to the field, supposed to meet the rest at the field around 8am, but I woke up at 8am… I arrived at the field around 9am and started servicing my marker… the rest already started in the field.

I was rushing to the field, I did not take any food for breakfast… just a cup or tea. Since I was late, I was not planning to train… just want to test my marker then… furthermore I did not put any sun block… but lucky the sun was not that strong… but strong enough to turn someone into BBQ… and probably has to work on to get rid of blackheads on nose 😛

At the end I have to train with the rest… they insist… I played two matches… the first match was great… my marker was working fine… manage to kill two… but during the rest, my marker started hissing… damm… something leaking… the air runs out pretty fast… I only switch on the air when the game started… it was noisy… but still can shoot… but at the end, I have to get out of the field coz the air-line started getting too cold and the tank is getting empty…

Anyways, had a fun training… 😀 but it was super tiring… stretched most of my body muscle… especially my leg… now can’t walk straight… and I also having stomach ache… which turn out to be food poisoning.

Fake egg becomes has become the hot topic… a housewife reported about fake egg she bought in Penang and immediately the Consumers Association of Penang made a strong statement about it. It’s very sickening that this kind business exists. I’ve read about fake egg before but never imagine it can happen here…

Futsal is a fast growing variant of football played in a small netted field and usually in a roofed area. The name futsal itself is translation of ‘hall football’ or ‘indoor football’ from the Spanish and Portuguese language. It’s a very fast game since it is played in a small area with 5 mans on each side.

Tripping or falling is very common in fast game like futsal. And one of the major injuries in futsal is sprain ankle or worse torn ligaments or muscles. But not many players take seriously with their injuries… sometimes they just leave their injuries unattended. They should see doctor and have it x-rayed. And there are better braces or support they can use instead of the normal elastic band they wrap around the injured area. Aircast braces or supports are available in the market now. Broken bones don’t have to use the bulky and uncomfortable plaster or fibreglass cast anymore.

When I accidentally press it when I touch my nose, I will start sneezing non-stop… I just don’t know why it grows inside the nose… not really inside but just a little bit inside… and at this age, why must I still get acne… pimples…

I usually just leave it, but sometimes it takes a week to go away… using acne cream usually helps, it goes away within 3 days… and now I’m wondering how effective is acne pills?… I’m thinking of trying it next time… bit I hope there is no next time… who wants acne right?… 😛
