I hate it when I don’t have appetite to eat… yea, it’s weird… eating is one of my favourite activity 😛 and it’s almost like obligation coz if I skip food, I will get migraine. But today, I feel no appetite… well, I feel like going to be sick… my mouth feel numbs… I don’t know why… probably caused by the food I eat this afternoon.

I lose weight very fast… especially when I’m sick and no appetite to eat… skipping food for a couple of days will show weight loss… so if I want to lose weight, I don’t have to diet, take apidexin, etc. etc… I just have to skip food for a couple of days… 😛

Anyways, I manage to force myself to eat the dinner just now… maybe I’ve been eating too much last week and this week… last week was eating lots of Japanese food, beef and pork in KL… this week, eat more pork and Korean food back home… well, I just hope I don’t fall sick coz there are many work to finish… 😛

Do you know what is Fenphedrine?… NO?… me too… 😛

I was googling when I saw this fenphedrine reviews in one of the suggestions. So I click it to see the reviews… It turnout fenphendrine which sound almost like pen drive, is actually diet pills. It’s a fat burner and also to help control appetite… definitely not for me… I will not control my appetite… I need food all the time… 😛 People said I’m fat but I’m less then 100kg… 😀

Yesterday, went to gym to burn some fat then had a large amount of bak-kut-teh to recover back the burned fat 😆 Have not been to gym for many many years… man… the food is so nice after sweating out… had 3 plates of rice and two large bowl of bak-kut-teh 😀

It is 7.30 am and I’m still packing for my trip to Tawau… working trip from today till Friday… have to go troubleshoot some network problem there… 😛

Every time going outstation to the east coast side like Tawau or Sandakan, the first thing that will come across in everybody mind is seafood… yes load of sea foods… and they are damm cheap down there…

Yesterday, colleague over there called and promised to feed us with sea foods till we vomit… 😛 man… need to take appetite suppressant pills… ok, need to stop here… have to get ready for the trip…

Gosh… I feel so exhausted and very sleepy right now… went home around 4.30am this morning then woke up around 8am!!! Went out to hunt meteor early this morning… but that will be another story… right now I’m damm bloody sleepy…

But luckily I don’t have to go to work tomorrow… I took a day leave… coz tomorrow we are going to have a whole day class for the MCSE… I can sleep during the class 😀

I took late breakfast this morning… still full… but soon have to go to Karamunsing Complex for lunch with friends… and they want to go to Japanese Restaurant the Usagi… again… gosh… I think I’m getting fade up with Japanese food… probably too much sushi… or probably I’m too sleepy right now… I have no appetite to eat… Has been eating all kind of foods… including during my brother’s wedding last Saturday… and it was like eating frenzy continuously for the past few days… 😛

I think my tummy is getting bigger… I don’t mind getting extra weight or fat but I don’t like the big tummy… 😆 does apidexin work for my tummy?… I know that supposed for dieting… but I need something to make my tummy smaller… 😛

Our group trip to Salut Seafood Restaurant on the 4 August 2009 was very exciting… There are about 15 of us… and with only 3 ladies 😛

We started our journey around 11am in few cars… in my car was Ahaz and Mike. Four cars started from Karamunsing and the rest are from donno where… 😛

We reach Salut around 12:35pm… lol that was a very slow journey… but we were snapping photos along the way but unfortunately the weather was too hazy… the rain are gone and now we are full with haze… since the past 3 days!!!

The first thing we did was to get good table location in the floating restaurant… yes the restaurant is floating on the sea 😛

We took the corner of the restaurant where there is a power outlet. The second thing was to setup the WiFi for our LAN party.

Third is to wait for the rest to arrive and to order the food 😀 We had lots of prawns, the favorites dish… steam and fried with butter… steamed fishes… clamps, not sure what type… rice… and some more dishes which I don’t know the name coz I was not involved in ordering the foods… I was only busy taking photos 😛

When the foods arrived, everyone swam into the dishes… it was like 1.40pm already… everyone was hungry like mad buffalo or kalabau… 😛

I guess some should have taken appetite suppressant before they came here coz I believe some of the dishes did not reach us… those sitting at the other end of the long table… 😛 But we still had enough to make us all full 😀

We did not bother with electronic gears the moment the food arrive… the AP, cables, power adapters, notebooks etc… coz the foods and our gadgets were almost mixed together on the same table…

While I was washing my hand after my food, suddenly a Happy Birthday song was played in the restaurant… I thought one of the tables is having a birthday party… maybe the Japanese or Korean table, Ahaz said they are Korean, ok 😀

The washing sink was near the Korean’s table. Then the Koreans are looking and pointing at me, and clapping… I look at our table and everyone was singing and looking at me… holy crap… you all really made the BIG surprise!!! I never thought you all plan for this… my birthday is 2 days away lah… and all of you were talking like having something on the day itself… on the 6 August and not on the 4 August… 6 August is our GI Joe outing bah… GI Joe screening on my birthday… yuhoooo…

Anyway, THANKS guys and gals… love the Secret Recipes’ Chocolate Cake… if I knew someone brought Chocolate Cake, I would have not whack the prawns… 😛

I will make the photo album of the trip soon… 😀
